The service department has the worst communication I’ve experienced in a dealership. Then they tried to tell me my three week old battery would not hold a charge so they could sell me a new one which was n experienced in a dealership. Took my truck in with an electrical issue and for an oil change. They state my batteries were bad and needed replaced I paid the core charge to keep my existing batteries since they were less than 1 year ol change. They state my batteries were bad and needed replaced I paid the core charge to keep my existing batteries since they were less than 1 year old and still under warranty. The dealership kept my batteries and put old GM batteries in the bed of my truck. The next day after oil change my truck started popping up a needs oil change notice. Very disappointed with this service. More
