I feel although my problem was fixed on the third day they had my vehicle. I was not kept updated and my calls were not properly returned. All I needed was a battery replacement. The advisor said she had they had my vehicle. I was not kept updated and my calls were not properly returned. All I needed was a battery replacement. The advisor said she had 100 cars and only two technicians. Then it rained and my vehicle could not be cranked to get brought inside. I feel a customer would handle things taking longer if informed along the way. Not told all this after a call to GM to get a response. Keeping a customer informed is just good customer service. Which I don’t feel I got from Cynthia Johnson. My ticket was “expedited” since I was here on vacation, I hate to think how long the wait would have been to replace battery if not expedited. More
My husband had to go pickup my suburban because it sat there for 4 days and no one touched it. He took it down the street and it was looked at immediately/repaired. I wasted 4 days on a rental car. I took my car in for the first oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service from the young man in the drive through all the way to check out. When I got home one of the tire sensors came on. I call rotation. Excellent service from the young man in the drive through all the way to check out. When I got home one of the tire sensors came on. I called the dealership and Kawami had me come back and he recalibrated the sensor. Again excellent customer service. More
