Previously I gave them a great review on the service I received, but this time sadly I can not. Called them on July 29 and told them I needed to bring my car in as the ac was out. First available appointm received, but this time sadly I can not. Called them on July 29 and told them I needed to bring my car in as the ac was out. First available appointment was 8:30 on July 31st (thankfully they had a cancellation). Took my car in on the afternoon of the 30th to leave. On Tuesday August 5th, I got a call from the service department that they had diagnosed and were submitting to warranty company for review. On Thursday, we called to check on it and were told that they were still waiting on the warranty company, we called the warranty company and they told us they were waiting on more information from the technician on what caused the issue. Needless to say we were upset for getting the run around so the warranty company said they would call the service department. Monday August 11th, I received a call at approximately 2:30 to let me know my car was ready. Husband goes to pick it up and first they tried to charge us, then we overcame that situation thanks to Shawana (who is awesome by the way) but then as my husband leaves he discovers that the AC is blowing hot air on the drivers side and cold on the passenger side, he calls Greg who says bring it back then proceeds to explain his tech is busy on something else and to "drive it for a couple of days and if it's still doing it, bring it back". Well, it's still not right and their tech even made a note that it was 10 degrees difference on drivers side but "during test drive it started to match". One would think that instead of calling the customer to tell them their car is ready they might have investigated it a bit more to ensure it was truly working correctly. It isn't. My Husband called yesterday to talk with Greg about why they would tell us the car was fixed when they knew there was still an issue and what it was going to take to resolve it, apparently we just need to be patient because they are really very busy and not just making sandwiches back there....🙄In the meantime my AC still isn't right, it blows cold in the back and on the passenger side but not on the drivers side, yesterday afternoon on my 12 minute drive home it blew HOT all the way! I had an appointment for service and they took my vehicle pretty much on time. There was an issue with a noise in my truck and Connie at the service desk was able to have the techs check it out while they w pretty much on time.
