Hands down the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered in used car sales in my life. Aaron Babb, Sales Consultant for Sandy Sansing flat out lied to my wife and I that a vehicle was on the lo encountered in used car sales in my life. Aaron Babb, Sales Consultant for Sandy Sansing flat out lied to my wife and I that a vehicle was on the lot when it wasn't. He wasted over 2 hours of our time since we had to travel from Crestview. Even when I went to have my car appraised he brought me an offer $6k below KBB, and $4000 below the closest competitor offer from the same day! When I asked him why the appraisal was so low he couldn't even put a full sentence together. This isn't a salesman, and not someone I would want representing my dealership. He was dishonest from the start and couldn't give me an honest answer thereafter. Extremely disappointing. More

He was busy with another customer. I was then told Gustavo Ramirez would be assisting me. Gus came out, with the vehicle I had my heart set on, ready to assist me. As I drove it, I realized that wasn’t my vehicle. Gus paid close attention to detail. He cared about what I wanted in a vehicle, price point, and gave me HONEST feedback about each Make & Model. I test drove 3 vehicles with Gus. He didn’t pressure me or “just try to sell me a vehicle” he actually cared. He gave me luxury, modest, and affordable vehicle options as SOME of the options Sandy Sansing had. He found the perfect vehicle for me. A 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. He got me a GREAT deal.
