Terrible Customer Service Contacted Sandy Sansing Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle for our son. The salesman was basically clueless and the finance manager was rude. Our family is GM employees and with our discount a $42000 vehicle was still $42000???? Which clearly means they didn’t apply our discount. Then they told us we needed $9000 down when GMC had already approved us. Then we were told they didn’t have anything else for us. Thank you very much I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

The salesman was very knowledgeable. I knew the type of vehicle I was looking for but I had gotten burned out looking at all the different cars. So my son got in touch with the salesman I knew the type of vehicle I was looking for but I had gotten burned out looking at all the different cars. So my son got in touch with the salesman that sold him his car and told him what I wanted and when we got to the dealership he had already pulled my selection. From there it just got easier we test drove the different cars and ALL the questions I had were answered he even knew the width and length of the two cars I was considering. He was very patient with me and explained everything. When I left I had the car I wanted and was very satisfied with the whole experience. Sorry service department Very dissatisfied with the service department . Over charge people for repairs s diagnostic fees. Bought last 3 vehicles from here. Awesome professionalism I purchased my new to me vehicle and was very nervous, i had my check from Navy Federal and thought this would be a easy quick transaction. Upon findi I purchased my new to me vehicle and was very nervous, i had my check from Navy Federal and thought this would be a easy quick transaction. Upon finding my car with the help of “The Queen” Tiffany and after going thru several vehicles ( i was being picky) Tiffany got me what i wanted. I was all set to sign the papers and Tiffany assured me that the finance guy was going to treat me fair and be fast. I had the pleasure of meeting Rick in the finance office, he spent the time talking to me before I came in his office to finish the transaction, I told him from the start I have my check and I am staying with Navy Federal. He acknlodged that and moved on. When i got in his office he asked me what rate i was paying with my check, after i told him, he asked the simple question of if i can beat that rate with one of Kurt lenders would I consider using their finance. I was hesitant but gave him the information to look, TO my suprise and amazement, Rick lowered my rate by 5% from what i had. I was never more impressed with the wonders that Tiffany and Rick displayed to me These two individuals care about the customer not just about selling a car. More

They put the new sending unit in. By the way they offered me a thousand dollars for my 2007 gma sierra crew cab. I left after my truck was repaired, and 70 miles down the road the oil pressure dropped again. I called sandi sanding service department, and they Rick told me to pay and have it towed back. G thanks Rick! Anyways, I decided to replace the oil filter and what do you know, it was clogged. Five dollars and I repaired my truck. I felt like they really got me for five hundred dollars and I still had to repair my own truck. Thanks sandi sanding! More
Not the best experience ever I would say the buying experience was good but the follow up after the sale has been poor. We are nearing retirement and decided to trade in our 2015 I would say the buying experience was good but the follow up after the sale has been poor. We are nearing retirement and decided to trade in our 2015 Ram truck on something smaller and more suited to our perceived retirement lifestyle. We were pleased with the price of the vehicle we purchased as well as the trade value we received. We only got one key fob when we bought the car as the vehicle was originally listed at a Sandy Sansing dealership in Alabama. Our salesman committed to try to find the second set of keys from the other site, but after three days without a response I called the dealership four times and had to leave messages with the receptionist as our salesperson, John Nudo was perpetually busy. John never returned our calls, and only phoned me after I sent him an email and even at that point had no information as to the second set of keys. Two weeks have come and gone with no follow up. We've had a second key fob made at a cost of over $140 even with mentioning we purchased the vehicle from Sansing Chevrolet. To add to our woes, I took the vehicle to a local tire retailer I've been using for several years to have the tires registered, as according to the salesperson and the Carfax, the Sansing dealership in Alabama installed new tires on the vehicle. This tire retailer lets you register the tires and enroll in lifetime balance, rotation and road hazard even if the tires weren't purchased through them. This has saved us money over the years. Anyway, we were told the tires installed at the dealership did not meet the load rating required by the manufacturer and in fact, were seriously underrated. The vehicle is a 2014 Subaru Outback. Once again, I've left several messages for the salesperson and have yet to get any feedback , let alone help. Now I've sent emails to John Nudo and feel we have no recourse but to leave a less than stellar review. More
