I truly enjoy driving My name is Gaylord Freeman, and I am representing my cousins John & Ruthie Jones Sr. I have owned a BMW for more than a decade. I truly enjoy driving a BMW. Most of all, I truly enjoy how BMW makes you part of their family. Whenever I took my BMW in for services, the BMW dealership always provided me with a BMW loaner. I am always telling family and friends about the great customer service BMW provides. I am a “BMW Man”. Well, I convinced my cousin John Jones Sr to buy his wife a BMW. He purchased a BMW for his wife to surprise her on her birthday in 2017 from Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola, Florida. She loves her BMW. Nevertheless, the problem they’re having is when they take it in for service Sansing keep their BMW for more then three days, and they do not offer or have any loaner cars available. Therefore, John & Ruthie has to go outside of BMW to rent a vehicle. Now, this is really unacceptable and not fair. Sandy Sansing BMW has a policy that states, if you purchase a BMW from their dealership, and you bring your vehicle in for service that takes more than three hours, then they will provide their customer with a loaner. My cousins have taken their BMW twice for service, and each time they walk away without a loaner. This not the type of service that I sold them on. Sandy Sansing BMW, I need for your dealership to make right by them. My cousins are senior citizens who do not like to complain. Therefore, let me be their voice. This unfair treatment. They are not looking for money, although Sansing can pay for the rent a car that they had to pay for. What we all want is better service to all your customers. I asked that the General Manager of Sandy Sansing BMW personally give them a call, and then call me. On December 19, 2018, we received a call from Kathy Haley who is part of the Management Team at Sandy Sansing BMW. We would like to thank Kathy for communicating with us to resolve this major concern. Gaylord Freeman More
Suspicious I bought a used BMW from a private seller with high miles and so requested a thorough inspection from Sandy Sansing. I was honestly expecting to pay $ I bought a used BMW from a private seller with high miles and so requested a thorough inspection from Sandy Sansing. I was honestly expecting to pay $600ish for this. The service adviser said that a "standard" diagnostic check was $125.00 & would cover everything I needed. I also wanted a few know items to be quoted for repair to give me an idea of their price. Long story short. I had no detail of what, if anything was inspected and basically pretty sure I paid $125 for a few quotes. One thing that tipped me off that no real inspection was done, was the oil change sticker stated I was due for an oil change in 3 days.....but, no mention of this by BMW service. Don't you think if they checked out a 2003 vehicle with 144K miles SOMETHING might be recommended ? at least an oil change ? Tuneup? Anything ? So, when Theresa from Sandy Sansing called me to ask me about my experience, things only got worse. She would not let me explain my concern & kept trying to talk over me. I think this place is full of itself & overcharges & misleads customers into believing they are doing work that they aren't. Dear Sandy Sansing......if you have a function of checking to see if your customers are satisfied.....make sure you hire the right person for the job. Have your people trained on how to listen & determine a resolution for their concerns. Also, if you perform an inspection, you might at least detail said inspection out on a simple checklist to review with your customer. xxxx, Jiffy lube does that.... at least then your customer would have physical verification that work was done. But, then work would have to actually be done then,,,,,, smh. More

This vehicle developed an oil leak and was taken to Sandy Sansing for repairs. The repairs was over $600.00 dollars. In just a little over a year the leak came back. I opted not to repair it at this point and just checked the oil and drove the vehicle. A couple months later the vehicle developed a lifter problem and I had that repaired. During the lifter repair the valve cover had to come off and the leaking seal was replaced. Miraculously the leak came back again about a year later. By then I was so frustrated that I just drove it anyway. I finally took it to another repair facility. They called to tell me that the plastic valve cover had a piece broken out of it and had silicone applied over this area. There are at least 2 different colors of silicone on this. I confronted Sandy Sansing over this issue and was told that Sandy Sansing would not do something like that. Sandy Sansing was the only people that worked on this vehicle and they had the broken cover off of the car at least twice. I have no reason to believe that they are telling me the truth. Based on the evidence that I have in my possession these people cannot be trusted. More

Lack of Care for Customer Service Firstly had a bad experience with Victoria in sales. Wasn't very knowledgeable and failed to deliver items I ordered on time. His sales rep didn't know much about the car. Very rude in general. Service appointments are always a headache here. They never give me accurate estimates as far as timeline so that I can make travel arrangements. Often times the service center doesn't answer and they never return voicemails. More
Terrible Customer Service I purchased my BMW a few years ago from here and the service department have been nothing but useless since day 1. It's like the staff don't even care I purchased my BMW a few years ago from here and the service department have been nothing but useless since day 1. It's like the staff don't even care to talk to you let alone help you out with something. I have called many times and left messages and never once had a returned call. I talk to one member of staff who "sorted everything" and then I call in to find out no one even knew about my talk with her or anything about me or my car despite going in there the day before. I was spoken to very rudely on the phone by someone who I can honestly say sounded like he was half asleep. I now am left to be the proactive one and try and sort this out myself even though it was a recall from BMW so there fault in the first place. Top it off with a service I had last year and they were going to charge me for multiple fixes totaling $3500 and I was like there is no way! I took it to a local guy who did a service only to find nothing wrong with my car! What a sham! They tried getting me to fix something that didn't even need to me fixed! Stay away at all costs this service department are careless and money grabbers who don't want to put the work in. Buying a high end car like a BMW you expect top class service but to be honest I'd get better service at Toyota or Honda. More

I called before to get a quote on pricing for 3 items. valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, eccentric shaft sensor gasket, and eccentric shaft motor gasket( football gasket). I go up there and see only 2 items he gives me confused to why it's only 2 packages before I purchase I simple asked what I was purchasing. ( I DONT xxxxIN WORK ON CARS HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW) I guess it's out of line to ask what I'm about to pay over 100$ for. Granted being the same guy I was on the phone with who was serving me the items (I asked him if he was the same guy) I'm a 24 year old female and IM JUST MAKING SURE WHAT IM BUYING BEFORE I BUY IT. He gave me attitude was rude and didn't even tell me what package was what. Promised me I had everything I needed Said if I didn't have everything I can come back and "blame Jenny". Well I never want to come back with your horrible af customer service skills. Might I add I spent over 100$ and they had a "customer loyalty sign" saying if I spent 100$ or more on car parts I would receive either a free t shirt or BMW car cleaning shampoo, which I was never offered it. Nor did I want to ask about it. I left and I probably will be back to cuss you out if you ever belittle me again. You only got 1 star cause I had to fill something out. More
My BMW's windshield wipers stopped working. I took the car in for service, received a loaner BMW. Cathy called saying that the BMW diagnostic equipment indicated a $400 wiper control module was bad. The car was nine years old with 87,000 miles, so I expect electrical problems from time to time. Cathy said they had to overnight the part in, and the car should be ready the following afternoon. She later called, saying the part was not in the US and had to be shipped from Germany. I had the loaner BMW a few more days. The part came in from Germany, was installed, but did not solve the problem. The technician started manually troubleshooting and found a bad two-dollar relay. Cathy apologized for the delay in fixing my car (caused by a flaw in the BMW diagnostic computer algorithm, not by Sansing), and charged me $90 labor. I'm afraid any other dealership would have charged me for the $400 relay. I really wanted a Porsche for my next car. But, this wiper control module thing made me buy another BMW from Sansing instead. My old BMW is twelve years old, with 114,000 miles. It has been in Sansing BMW for service 25 times since new. I have NEVER been disappointed the in the service. In addition to being competent and honest, they are meticulous. Cars are valet delivered to a covered area outside the service / customer waiting area after service, to prevent damage by another customer dinging the door getting in their car or doinking the bumper pulling out of a parking space. The tech's and valets back the cars into parking spaces to prevent damage to the front air dams (typically lower than curbs on BMW's passenger cars, particularly M cars). Sansing BMW has the state of the art, damage-free tire changing machine. I also take my Chevrolet 90 miles to Sansing BMW to have tires repaired or replaced. More
During a recent vacation (4/6/2013) in Florida my water pump failed. Not only did BMW Roadside Assistance pick-up my car timely on a flat bed truck they also delivered it to Pensacola. Monday morning Christy called me to find out what happened with my car. By Tuesday the car was fixed with only a $50.00 deductible charge. By 5:45 my car was brought to me at my home in New Orleans. Before we decided to buy this car he gave us very good information about all different types of engines and equipment, very helpful to make the right decision. For us it was in total a perfect deal. Because my wife is also an owner of a BMW 135 i, which was bought and driven in Germany before, we have had some trouble at the beginning to get the car into the US BMW service system. We also couldn't get connected to the BMW assist system. With friendly and selfless help and support from JJ Hommer and Christie Disher at BMW Sansing we could solve the problem.
