Took my 2019 BMW 5 series with 29000 miles and still under warranty in to have windshield replaced. Also have seat tearing at bolster. Service manager tells me it is not warranted and that I’m sitting i under warranty in to have windshield replaced. Also have seat tearing at bolster. Service manager tells me it is not warranted and that I’m sitting in my seat the wrong way. Maybe getting in and out of my car wrong. My salesperson never demonstrated how to sit in or enter and exit the vehicle nor is it in the owners manual. The salesperson also said that it looks like faulty leather and it shouldn’t be happening. BMW wants 2000.00 for a new seat. Please be aware that if you choose to buy a BMW this may happen to you. Terrible customer service. There are other luxury cars to choose from. I also own a Mercedes Benz. It is a 2020 year model and was purchased new. I don’t get this kind of treatment at Mercedes Benz service department. More

The service advisor at Sandy Sansing contacted the other dealership and arranged for them to pay for the oil change and also transfer the service contract to my name for future service work. More
Staff was efficient and professional. They got me in quickly and were flexible when I had to change my original appointment. Scheduled for a condition based service and alignment for my 15' MINI Countryman. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Met Matt and Chris in service. Matt kept us informed the whole time and everyth my 15' MINI Countryman. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Met Matt and Chris in service. Matt kept us informed the whole time and everything including wash was finished in about 3 hours total. Satisfied with service thus far. This dealership seems to have a lot of turnover in personnel, don't know why but it is a little concerning. However, don't have many choices of MINI dealers in NW Florida. Maybe management could answer why there is quite a bit of turnover of employees. We have had this vehicle serviced at this dealership twice and have never met the service manager. More
