When dropping off my vehicle for a service appointment, they had no record of my needed repair even though I had pre-paid for the parts. Despite being irritated, I remained calm and collected as I inquired they had no record of my needed repair even though I had pre-paid for the parts. Despite being irritated, I remained calm and collected as I inquired about getting my BMW serviced. Out of nowhere, the service manager swore at me and told me I could take the part I had pre-paid for and go somewhere else for service. Who disrespects a 10-year customer like this? Sandy Sansing BMW does! When I called Sandy Sansing corporate headquarters, they did not see the service manager cussing at a customer as an issue. More

I experienced a rare parts failure on my new X5. The part had to be ordered from Germany - because of the well known production and transport problems, it took three months to get the part, I was provided wi had to be ordered from Germany - because of the well known production and transport problems, it took three months to get the part, I was provided with a rental car and was was kept informed of the delivery status. While frustrating to me, Sandy Sansing did everything in their power to get my car back on the road. KUDOS to the professionals at Sandy Sansing for the time and effort they expended.
