Hi Elena, we have spoken with you about the open balance due on your account. A receipt was given for the work performed; however, we did not receive payment. The payment given towards the floormats was applied to your balance due. To settle your account please contact service manager, Brian Betancourt to pay the remaining balance.

Brian, what you are doing by taking my payment to order floor mats that were never delivered and applying to a questionable transaction is illegal. I will refer to my attorney and sue you in small claims court.
