I told the service writer that I live in Fort Walton Beach (1 Hour Drive each way) The intent was to replace a broken spring in the shift, selector, covered by factory extended warranty. By the time I made it home, five hours had passed. The dealership had diagnosed the car confirmed that the spring needed replacing under warranty. But couldn’t do any work on the cars they didn’t have any parts in stock. Why have me drive an hour each way knowing that they’re not gonna fix the car. Now I have to reschedule another time and probably waste at least another five hours to get to work that should’ve been done, or at least scheduled when they had the parts. Wait, that would be Unfair to say I didn’t get anything out of the trip, I did get a complementary car wash and vacuum More
Their communication was extremely poor — I had to constantly follow up to receive any updates. To make matters worse, I witnessed the service advisor helping himself to my personal tools without aski constantly follow up to receive any updates. Overall, the attitude towards customers comes across as indifferent and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, especially since I was actively shopping for a new vehicle from one of their locations before this experience. This experience with their service department changed our mind; we will never purchase anything from them in the future. More

One being that the system computer was saying that brake service was due despite that we had completed that service on the previous encounter and so I wanted it cleared. Got my vehicle back and it was not cleared. Communication was not clear from the dealerships side and “suggested” services were an unreasonable rate. More

While traveling in Orlando my BMW app informed me that I needed to replace brake pads at 29k miles. I called my local BMW dealer in Ft Walton Beach and was told that they would not replace my brake pads unl needed to replace brake pads at 29k miles. I called my local BMW dealer in Ft Walton Beach and was told that they would not replace my brake pads unless I also purchased rotors because BMW required it and then told me it would be $1400. The BMW dealer in Orlando told me that was false and did it for $369 for pads and sensors. My car just told me that oil change was due and for some unknown reason I called my local dealer in FWB. They answered but as we spoke the welcome to BMW recording was playing on the line and we couldn’t hear each other. I hung up and called back and the lady in service was so rude I finally hung up and said never again. I called Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola and spoke with Debbie in service. She was completely courteous and professional, made my appointment and I drove from Miramar Beach to Pensacola to have my vehicle serviced. Thanks to Debbie and the service team at Sandy Sansing BMW, I will gladly make the drive to Pensacola for all my BMW sales and service needs More

n March I had my BMX X3 serviced at SS BMW. I paid the bill will my credit card and received a "paid receipt" from the cashier. In June I had my car checked prior to making a road trip. I was told the mats were in stock and we to pick up but they said they had to order, as they "were not in stock". I advised Debby my service advisor to cancel the order and refund my credit card. She said that should could not cancel the order or refund my card because there was still an open balance from March. The March transaction, of which I have a "paid receipt" has nothing to do with the June transaction. Their failure to process the refund and hold my charge hostage over their internal accounting issues is FRAUD. I don't recommend this dealer. More
