We were beginning the third week of a road trip when bad roads in New Orleans wrecked a tire and bent the wheel. He was professional, methodical, and thorough. Logan navigated the process of having a full diagnostic run, putting in a claim with wheel and tire insurance and ordering replacements ahead of the Labor Day weekend giving me updates throughout. He had the wheel and tire installed first thing after the long weekend. Logan also had them give the car a wash before turning it back over to us. Logan even let us pick up the car about fifteen minutes after closing time. so that we didn't have to wait until the next day. When we picked up the car, we were surprised to find out that there might have even been an option to have our car brought back to us in New Orleans or even sent back to Houston! Bottom line, we got great service and support, even with the logistical headaches that were beyond their control. More

Good at getting you in and out for morning vehicle drop offs. Would like to have a ride provided when dropping off my vehicle, sometimes they do not have porters. Sandy Sansing BMW told me I needed a new windshield to fix a Driver Assistance issue, which would not be covered under warranty. They quoted me an estimate at over $3,100. I took the car to BMW of Mobile fix a Driver Assistance issue, which would not be covered under warranty. They quoted me an estimate at over $3,100. I took the car to BMW of Mobile 3 days after picking it up from their dealership. The issue was resolved in 1 hour by recalibrating the KAFAS camera. In addition to this, they refused to acknowledge the existence of an active third party warranty. I was told I personally needed to contact that company and get them to cover the cost of the windshield if I didnt want to pay the full cost. Needless to say, I will not be returning here. More
