When dropping off my vehicle for a service appointment, they had no record of my needed repair even though I had pre-paid for the parts. Out of nowhere, the service manager swore at me and told me I could take the part I had pre-paid for and go somewhere else for service. Who disrespects a 10-year customer like this?
