Poor service. Estimate provided was faulty. The service department was extremely difficult to contact. They never returned any of the voicemail messages I left. Estimate provided was faulty. Please review paperwork we bought a used car process took over 5 hours. The finance person who longer works there lied to us. Excellent dealership, this was my 2nd purchase from Sandy Sansing BMW and I will be back when ready for another car. First car was a BMW 528i CPO had a few issues and the service department was awesome. Fixe Sansing BMW and I will be back when ready for another car. First car was a BMW 528i CPO had a few issues and the service department was awesome. Fixed everything and no issues after that. This time we went with Mercedes E300 and wow it is great.
