Went in ready to order two new vehicles and left so disappointed. We have owned a minimum of one bmw since 2005 and have never had anything less than stellar service until now. We’ve leased and purchased from all across the states. We sat down with Luisa for a few disappointing moments before realizing we would not be giving our money to this dealership. She didn’t ask a single question (or she would have discovered we had other options that would have worked for us). Not one attempt to be cordial much less be inviting. The entire conversation lasted all of a few minutes. I'm unsure if she is new or was nervous but it was disappointing and we left knowing we wouldn’t ever return to this dealership nor recommend it. We’ll happily be purchasing from anywhere else where our business is actually wanted. I hope she receives some basic training in bmw standards and sales. More

While traveling in Orlando my BMW app informed me that I needed to replace brake pads at 29k miles. I called my local BMW dealer in Ft Walton Beach and was told that they would not replace my brake pads unl needed to replace brake pads at 29k miles. I called my local BMW dealer in Ft Walton Beach and was told that they would not replace my brake pads unless I also purchased rotors because BMW required it and then told me it would be $1400. The BMW dealer in Orlando told me that was false and did it for $369 for pads and sensors. My car just told me that oil change was due and for some unknown reason I called my local dealer in FWB. They answered but as we spoke the welcome to BMW recording was playing on the line and we couldn’t hear each other. I hung up and called back and the lady in service was so rude I finally hung up and said never again. I called Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola and spoke with Debbie in service. She was completely courteous and professional, made my appointment and I drove from Miramar Beach to Pensacola to have my vehicle serviced. Thanks to Debbie and the service team at Sandy Sansing BMW, I will gladly make the drive to Pensacola for all my BMW sales and service needs More

n March I had my BMX X3 serviced at SS BMW. I paid the bill will my credit card and received a "paid receipt" from the cashier. In June I had my car checked prior to making a road trip. D I paid the bill will my credit card and received a "paid receipt" from the cashier. In June I had my car checked prior to making a road trip. During the visit I wanted to purchase new floor mats. I was told the mats were in stock and we to pick up but they said they had to order, as they "were not in stock". I advised Debby my service advisor to cancel the order and refund my credit card. She said that should could not cancel the order or refund my card because there was still an open balance from March. The March transaction, of which I have a "paid receipt" has nothing to do with the June transaction. Their failure to process the refund and hold my charge hostage over their internal accounting issues is FRAUD. I don't recommend this dealer. More

They charged me $190 for a diagnostic, took car apart and didn't put it back together right. When I took my car there it was no check engine light on, went to pick it up and car is running rough with check didn't put it back together right. The car will start now but runs l Iike xxxx. My receipt say they did a road test but the lady at service desk say that the mechanic never took the car on the road More

Car I was sold was not as advertised! !! Was told it had certain features that were stressed were important to me & 1 week after picking up the car, realized it did not have this feature! !! Their fix was to give me a trade in on the car I just purchased with only 300 miles on it, for $12,000 less than I paid for it!!! Not cool at all!!!! Was difficult to get them cancel maintenance, service & tire contracts which we told them we wanted cancelled the day the car was picked up!!! Will not ever do business with them again!!! More
