I bought my 3rd vehicle at Sandy Sansing BMW. Before I went there, I had a look into their webpage and searched for a BMW X3. I was immediately interested in one of the cars I found there. When I called the dealership I got all the information about the car I was interested in and was offered a test drive. I drove to Pensacola in my old truck which I wanted to replace. They inspected the truck and offered me a fair price for it. First I had a closer look at the X3 and found out everything about all the details I was interested in. I might have asked a few silly questions but I was always treated with courtesy and respect. All questions were answered to my contentment. When I finally made my decision to buy the X3, I felt confident that I did the right thing. While the car was prepared for me and the paperwork was done, my waiting time was shortened by having some coffee and pastries that are always waiting for their customers. I can only recommend this dealership because of the overall exceptional experience I have made there so far. More

I have to say, they didn't pressure me at all, and that's so important to me, as I was shopping by myself. My husband really liked how they give me a printout of the deal, with nothing hidden, so I could go over it with him before making a decision. We returned in a couple of days for a test drive. The BMW was immaculate, detailed fantasically. The detail dept did a great job. JJ had everything in order, his work ethic is very organized and top notch. The purchase went so smoothly, my husband and I were very impressed. Went to the dealer to a few months ago for my current BMW to be serviced. When I walked through the showroom, I spoke with JJ briefly. Long story short, When my lease was came to an end, I stopped in to see what was available and wound up buying 2 BMWs...one for me and one for my wife. After an afternoon and evening of test drives, paperwork and some fun my wife looked at me and said "Wow, that was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer, you really need to talk to JJ's manager and let him know what a great experience this has been." Of course one aspect was an extra service for me: J J speaks my language, so he could answer my questions in my native language. He explained special features that I did not have in my previous Z4, but have now. When I collected my new car last Saturday, I was overwhelmed when I saw my car in the showroom: blue with a white bow! Compared to experiences in my German dealership, the salesmen and also the service people at the Sandy Sansing dealership do an outstanding job (I had my previous car serviced there.). The price of a BMW is high but the cars are definitely worth it. I must admit that I also went to another dealership in the area before I made my decision, but there I knew more about the car that I was looking for than the guy who wanted to sell it to me. However, the Mercedes Dealership, the Pontiac dealership, the Dodge Dealership, and a pre-owned luxury dealership, all apparised my vehicle from $9500 to $13,500. Needless to say, I purchased my newer BMW from the pre-owned dealer. Not only was my intelligence insulted, when I began to question the salesman and finance manager, I was rudely told to leave as I obviously knew nothing about vehicles. If Sandy Sansing were giving away a brand new 7 Series BMW, I would be hard pressed to ever set foot on that lot again - even for a freebie!! More

Came to the lot at 5:30pm and needed to get a sports car for a gift for my fiance'. Wow, I thought salesmen wanted to sell cars, but he lost my sale, and any referrals of shopping there. Needless to say I bought a car the next day at a lot across the street from them. I guess my money was no good for Mike. When I do have time I will inform the owner of Sandy Sansing about my experience and how I was treated. But if you do decide to buy a car there stay away from village idiot Mike! More
