I went there looking to learn more about the 1 and 3 series. I explained my situation to JJ and he was more than accomodating. He drove the car at first while explaining everything about it to me. I let him know that I would need to hold a car seat (baby) and he expalined that the 1 series would not be the best choice. He showed me several 3 series - but the best thing was, he treated me with a high level of respect and courtesy. He didn't bring me to the cars, he brought the cars to me. He opened up everything (including the hood) and explained everything. There was no push for a sale and even gave me some advice on when it would be the best deal to buy and asked for eveyrthing I was interested in. He also gave me a 1 series and 3 series brochure and made a photocopy of the invoice sticker. I really appreciated this service and will definitely give him my business when I am ready. I would highly recommend him and this dealer to anyone looking for a BMW. More

Sandy Sansing BMW helped restore some hope in quality service. After buying a new, 2009, BMW from a different dealer (approximately 46.2 miles away) and having it serviced at that dealer, I was very disa service. After buying a new, 2009, BMW from a different dealer (approximately 46.2 miles away) and having it serviced at that dealer, I was very disappointed on numerous occasions for the work accomplished, attitude (thought their s??? did'nt stink)and lack of knowledge of service department (not the technicians themselves the people you give your car to), and the state the vehicle was returned to me. Based upon my experiences living in Germany for more than 11 years and dong business with car dealers and service departments there, I was appalled at the lack of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail in the service department of this other dealer. After being fed up for more than a year and a half I tried Sandy Sansing BMW service department. It was a 180 degree differnece. The personnel didn't have a "plastic" personality nor attempt to exude a feeling that they were "above" others due to being associated with BMW. They fixed a fuel gauge problem correctly with no questions asked (the previous dealer failed to fix the problem after two seperate attempts), performed maintenance and recall issues in a timely and professionl manner, called to provide status while they had my car, returned my calls quickly with answers (unlike the other dealer), and when I picked up my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off (the other dealer, on two occasions, left grease marks on the interior of my car and one of those times it was only two weeks old). Up until now I did not want to bring my car in the the dealer (the other one) for anything, I would even want them to change a bulb. However, I am confidnet that I can bring my car to Sandy Sanding and not have any problems or issues with the service department. More

Sandy Sansing BMW is an awesome dealership, very clean and hospitable ! The people are all wonderful and made me feel at home everytime I visited.I had 3 small kids with me on 2 visits and they even enjoy and hospitable !
