Never had any problems in customer service. I have never had a problem with Sandy Sansing BMW customer service, even when I only dropped by to get the Nitrogen in my tires topped off. Lack of Care for Customer Service Firstly had a bad experience with Victoria in sales. Wasn't very knowledgeable and failed to deliver items I ordered on time. His sales rep didn't know much about the car. Very rude in general. Service appointments are always a headache here. They never give me accurate estimates as far as timeline so that I can make travel arrangements. Often times the service center doesn't answer and they never return voicemails. More
Terrible Customer Service I purchased my BMW a few years ago from here and the service department have been nothing but useless since day 1. It's like the staff don't even care I purchased my BMW a few years ago from here and the service department have been nothing but useless since day 1. It's like the staff don't even care to talk to you let alone help you out with something. I have called many times and left messages and never once had a returned call. I talk to one member of staff who "sorted everything" and then I call in to find out no one even knew about my talk with her or anything about me or my car despite going in there the day before. I was spoken to very rudely on the phone by someone who I can honestly say sounded like he was half asleep. I now am left to be the proactive one and try and sort this out myself even though it was a recall from BMW so there fault in the first place. Top it off with a service I had last year and they were going to charge me for multiple fixes totaling $3500 and I was like there is no way! I took it to a local guy who did a service only to find nothing wrong with my car! What a sham! They tried getting me to fix something that didn't even need to me fixed! Stay away at all costs this service department are careless and money grabbers who don't want to put the work in. Buying a high end car like a BMW you expect top class service but to be honest I'd get better service at Toyota or Honda. More

Rude, unprofessional customer service I've ever experience. Today I went to get car parts for my 328i 2007 because my friend works on BMWs at another garage in town. I called before to get a quote on pricing for 3 items. valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, eccentric shaft sensor gasket, and eccentric shaft motor gasket( football gasket). I go up there and see only 2 items he gives me confused to why it's only 2 packages before I purchase I simple asked what I was purchasing. ( I DONT xxxxIN WORK ON CARS HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW) I guess it's out of line to ask what I'm about to pay over 100$ for. Granted being the same guy I was on the phone with who was serving me the items (I asked him if he was the same guy) I'm a 24 year old female and IM JUST MAKING SURE WHAT IM BUYING BEFORE I BUY IT. He gave me attitude was rude and didn't even tell me what package was what. Promised me I had everything I needed Said if I didn't have everything I can come back and "blame Jenny". Well I never want to come back with your horrible af customer service skills. Might I add I spent over 100$ and they had a "customer loyalty sign" saying if I spent 100$ or more on car parts I would receive either a free t shirt or BMW car cleaning shampoo, which I was never offered it. Nor did I want to ask about it. I left and I probably will be back to cuss you out if you ever belittle me again. You only got 1 star cause I had to fill something out. More
Misleading finance people almost a year ago I bought a used BMW 750li with 32,000 miles . During my meeting to wrap things up with the finance manager I mentioned i wanted an e almost a year ago I bought a used BMW 750li with 32,000 miles . During my meeting to wrap things up with the finance manager I mentioned i wanted an extended warranty through BMW he told me I should look at safeguard and would save some money. I was explicit in explaining that I wanted genuine BMW parts and didn't want any hassle of things went wrong . He told me it was rock solid, they only used new BMW parts and it was treated just like an extended warranty from BMW. Fast forward 9 months and 20,000 plus miles . My air goes out completely and I took it to the closest dealership in ft Walton . After two days I get a call and I was told that they hadn't even started on my car becasue safe guard had to send an inspector out to confirm I needed the repair. Two more days go by and safeguard tells me I am approved but not for a new compressor but a used compressor . So basically instead of insuring and replacing my compressor with a new $1300 part like I was told by Sandysansing I was offered three options 1) the use part 2) a credit for $517 towards the new part 3) the dealership can look for a part up to $517. This is obviously a scam by Sandysansing to sell this warranty which I'm sure they get paid a kick back on. Bottom line is they lied to me and if you deal with them don't let them talk you into anything but a BMW extended warranty . More
An amazing experience. I started off BMW search at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola Fl. I walk around looked at every car on the lot until I found the exact one I wanted. My sales person, Victoria, Did a great job of answering all my questions. We sat down and discussed price and she laid it all out on paper for me to see. Not my typical experience at car dealers. She did not wow me hypothetical monthly payments. She brought out two pieces of paper with numbers and as any good consumer, I took those pieces of paper with me to think about my options and shop around for a better deal. With out going in to my experience at the other dealership we will just cut to the chase and say, after spending 12 hours at the FWB BMW, I made my way back to Pensacola to buy my BMW. I can not say enough about how great they made my car buying experience. Thank you Sandy Sansing and Thank you Victoria for my beautiful car and my wonderful experience. If you are in the market for a BMW see Victoria. She was a very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. More
Sandy Sansing failed me I recently turned in a 135I that was leased for a 228I that I also leased. This was done on 01/26/16. I did this transaction thru Wendy Fitch who is I recently turned in a 135I that was leased for a 228I that I also leased. This was done on 01/26/16. I did this transaction thru Wendy Fitch who is a sales person. I was told at the time that my last payment on my lease on the 135I would be taken care of. Come to find out today(2/16/16) that that was not done. My bank account was drafted a payment on my old car(and it should not have been) that I turned in that caused my bank account to be overdrafted. Got in touch with Sandy Sansing BMW and talked to Wendy about this. She told me to call BMW Finance to get this straightened out(which I think Sandy Sansing should have done) since it was their fault. BMW Finance said that it was waiting on the final payment from Sandy Sansing which they had not submitted. Called Wendy back and told her this. There was some body work that needed to be done on the 135I that has been completed but obviously Sandy Sansing has not been keeping up with this part which Wendy says is why the last payment on my car I turned in has not been made. Then Wendy says that I should have told my bank not to accept any more drafts on the old car since I turned it in which would have caused me to get a late charge on my old car because they were unaware that it had even been turned in. In short - not very happy with Sandy Sansing BMW. Did not seem that concerned about the issue that has occurred here. More
