Ridiculous I have a BMW that was purchased from a different dealership under the certified pre-owned program. This vehicle developed an oil leak and was taken t I have a BMW that was purchased from a different dealership under the certified pre-owned program. This vehicle developed an oil leak and was taken to Sandy Sansing for repairs. The repairs was over $600.00 dollars. In just a little over a year the leak came back. I opted not to repair it at this point and just checked the oil and drove the vehicle. A couple months later the vehicle developed a lifter problem and I had that repaired. During the lifter repair the valve cover had to come off and the leaking seal was replaced. Miraculously the leak came back again about a year later. By then I was so frustrated that I just drove it anyway. I finally took it to another repair facility. They called to tell me that the plastic valve cover had a piece broken out of it and had silicone applied over this area. There are at least 2 different colors of silicone on this. I confronted Sandy Sansing over this issue and was told that Sandy Sansing would not do something like that. Sandy Sansing was the only people that worked on this vehicle and they had the broken cover off of the car at least twice. I have no reason to believe that they are telling me the truth. Based on the evidence that I have in my possession these people cannot be trusted. More
