In Pensacola, Sandy Sansing BMW exemplifies this behavior in every aspect of the client experience. The store is clean, well run, and manned by professionals from reception, sales, management, and service. My salesman Tony Claxton was extremely easy and fun to work with and he listened to my needs before putting me in a car and it fit like a glove for my needs. Next, as with any 10 year old car there were things that needed attention and the sales manager John was beyond fair in allowances to take care of a few things at zero cost. The service department is excellent starting with Judy who any good company would hire to run customer service and Shane runs a good shop and puts the customer first, always. Overall, this is the best experience I've had related to a car dealership and I highly recommend them. More

Beginning 6 years ago, including ONE purchase, I have had the TOTAL misfortune of dealing with Barry Brown, Wendy Fitch, Marvin Oliver & now Lori Esser. Shortly after posting my experience with sandy sanding I was contacted by mark who was very upset about my review, (I could tell by his tone) he stated he had no knowledge of me trying to contact them about was contacted by mark who was very upset about my review, (I could tell by his tone) he stated he had no knowledge of me trying to contact them about issues with my car which i find unbelievable considering the amount of times I tried to call up there to talk to ANYONE about my issues, he also went on to explain how he remembers dealing with me and how they busted there butts trying to make this deal for me, at that point I cut mr mark off and reminded him my problems with them came after the sale when I began to experience minor problems and no one wanted to help. (HERE COMES THE PART I COULDNT BELIEVE) mr mark said “if I take the review down that I can come see him and he will put 15 or 20 bucks in my tank” which I see as a total slap in my face.. mark next time you contact me I hope u have a better offer than 15$ and a pickle pop I was completely mistreated simply because of one thing I’m a young man More

When he finally got back to me he even went back into the call log to see that I was calling with complaints about my slightly used car the same week I took it off the lot. He explained to me they would take care of everything and set me up a date. Well that was a complete lie because the next two months of me calling Barry WOULD NOT answer the phone nor return ANY of my left voicemails I told the front desk lady multiple times how I was being treated so she continued to send me to I believe his name was mark who LITERALLY DID THE SAME THING BARRY DID. I am furious with how I’ve been treated and tossed to the side probably because of my age me being young. Me making over 60 k a year at 19 years old I want sandy Samsung to know I will never ever buy a car from any of there dealers again More
STAY AWAY I bought a used car 24 days ago from SANDY SANSING PENSACOLA. Two days after purchase the oil light came on. I took it in to PepBoys and had an oil ch I bought a used car 24 days ago from SANDY SANSING PENSACOLA. Two days after purchase the oil light came on. I took it in to PepBoys and had an oil change and tire rotation. Three days ago the check engine light came on. PepBoys put it on the computer and said the High Pressure Fuel Pump was bad . It will cost $1600.00 to repair. No one at Sandy Sansing will return my calls. The vehicle still has the 30 day paper tag on it. I’m a cancer patient who travels regularly to Atlanta Emory Hospital for treatment. Has anyone else experienced this fro that car dealership? I thought they were supposed to be a reputable organization. I’m newer to the area and very shocked by this!!!! More

Most of all, I truly enjoy how BMW makes you part of their family. Whenever I took my BMW in for services, the BMW dealership always provided me with a BMW loaner. I am always telling family and friends about the great customer service BMW provides. I am a “BMW Man”. Well, I convinced my cousin John Jones Sr to buy his wife a BMW. He purchased a BMW for his wife to surprise her on her birthday in 2017 from Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola, Florida. She loves her BMW. Nevertheless, the problem they’re having is when they take it in for service Sansing keep their BMW for more then three days, and they do not offer or have any loaner cars available. Therefore, John & Ruthie has to go outside of BMW to rent a vehicle. Now, this is really unacceptable and not fair. Sandy Sansing BMW has a policy that states, if you purchase a BMW from their dealership, and you bring your vehicle in for service that takes more than three hours, then they will provide their customer with a loaner. My cousins have taken their BMW twice for service, and each time they walk away without a loaner. This not the type of service that I sold them on. Sandy Sansing BMW, I need for your dealership to make right by them. My cousins are senior citizens who do not like to complain. Therefore, let me be their voice. This unfair treatment. They are not looking for money, although Sansing can pay for the rent a car that they had to pay for. What we all want is better service to all your customers. I asked that the General Manager of Sandy Sansing BMW personally give them a call, and then call me. On December 19, 2018, we received a call from Kathy Haley who is part of the Management Team at Sandy Sansing BMW. Suspicious I bought a used BMW from a private seller with high miles and so requested a thorough inspection from Sandy Sansing. I was honestly expecting to pay $600ish for this. The service adviser said that a "standard" diagnostic check was $125.00 & would cover everything I needed. I also wanted a few know items to be quoted for repair to give me an idea of their price. Long story short. I had no detail of what, if anything was inspected and basically pretty sure I paid $125 for a few quotes. One thing that tipped me off that no real inspection was done, was the oil change sticker stated I was due for an oil change in 3 days.....but, no mention of this by BMW service. Don't you think if they checked out a 2003 vehicle with 144K miles SOMETHING might be recommended ? at least an oil change ? Tuneup? Anything ? So, when Theresa from Sandy Sansing called me to ask me about my experience, things only got worse. She would not let me explain my concern & kept trying to talk over me. I think this place is full of itself & overcharges & misleads customers into believing they are doing work that they aren't. Dear Sandy Sansing......if you have a function of checking to see if your customers are satisfied.....make sure you hire the right person for the job. Have your people trained on how to listen & determine a resolution for their concerns. Also, if you perform an inspection, you might at least detail said inspection out on a simple checklist to review with your customer. xxxx, Jiffy lube does that.... at least then your customer would have physical verification that work was done. But, then work would have to actually be done then,,,,,, smh. More

My initial contact was with Internet Sales Manager, Iliana Mielcarek. Iliana was very responsive to my online inquiry. When I arrived at the dealership, she introduced me to Marvin Oliver who assisted me with the test drive and through the rest of the sale. I highly recommend Marvin and this dealership who take customer service to a whole different level. I will always look here first when I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle from here on out. More
