Their communication was extremely poor — I had to constantly follow up to receive any updates. To make matters worse, I witnessed the service advisor helping himself to my personal tools without aski constantly follow up to receive any updates. Overall, the attitude towards customers comes across as indifferent and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, especially since I was actively shopping for a new vehicle from one of their locations before this experience. This experience with their service department changed our mind; we will never purchase anything from them in the future. More

I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced. Clearly explained over the phone with my assigned service person that I wanted my oil changed and tires rotated, and that there were a few other con Clearly explained over the phone with my assigned service person that I wanted my oil changed and tires rotated, and that there were a few other concerns. One being that the system computer was saying that brake service was due despite that we had completed that service on the previous encounter and so I wanted it cleared. Got my vehicle back and it was not cleared. Communication was not clear from the dealerships side and “suggested” services were an unreasonable rate. More

We felt as the both the salesperson was not completely honest. With us in several occasions. It was the product that sold us. The financial manger flew through the information and we felt rushed. Went in ready to order two new vehicles and left so disappointed. We have owned a minimum of one bmw since 2005 and have never had anything less than stellar service until now. We’ve leased and purchased from all across the states. We sat down with Luisa for a few disappointing moments before realizing we would not be giving our money to this dealership. She didn’t ask a single question (or she would have discovered we had other options that would have worked for us). Not one attempt to be cordial much less be inviting. The entire conversation lasted all of a few minutes. I'm unsure if she is new or was nervous but it was disappointing and we left knowing we wouldn’t ever return to this dealership nor recommend it. We’ll happily be purchasing from anywhere else where our business is actually wanted. I hope she receives some basic training in bmw standards and sales. More
