My Daughter and I both purchased a new 2011 Sorrento from Sands and have had them provide all the maintenance. I can honestly say after purchasing over 20 new vehicles in my lifetime, I have never experience Sands and have had them provide all the maintenance. Although every employee has been friendly and helpful, I have to single out Chrissy who has handled most of my service visits. Every service provided (with or without)an appointment was complete,correct and prompt. Only reason I go to Sands Kia because of Chrissy, a service consultant, since I trusted her for doing service work on my '03 Kia Sorento and she did fantastic job on honesty and lowing price on labor/p service consultant, since I trusted her for doing service work on my '03 Kia Sorento and she did fantastic job on honesty and lowing price on labor/parts as possible.
