My Amanti developed some problems with it self adjusting whenever it felt like it. I brought it in and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. My wife went in with a flyer; and I told her if they didn't honor the flyer; then we wouldn't buy there. They honored the flyer and worked with us on our trade-in. I don't like, believe, or trust car salespeople; usually; but this experience was very good. They offered us options and additional deals, too. It is far away from our house, but worth the drive. We are going in for service this week; they offered the first oil change free! nice, on top of nice! A couple of people had to help as we were completing the negotiations; as my wife was done and ready to sign; they all applauded her negotiating skills and completed the sale. I worked security/night-watchman for Penske Dealership previously(5+ years ago); they sold and I left. I am not and have not been affiliated with any dealership for several years. More
Rebecca was very helpful in getting us the car we wanted for the price we expected. She was was very straight forward and not at all pushy. I have dealt with many car dealers over the years, but can honestly say that this was by far the best experience I have ever had of purchasing a vehicle. Unlike many places, these guys were not pushy, did not try to blind me with false and over the top sales talk. They actually listened to me and worked with me to get what I wanted. Both Robert Lynne and Robert Schilling were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in going back to Sands Kia. It was so obvious that everyone there works together to make their customers feel at ease, and I drove away from Sands in my new vehicle not only feeling that I had secured an amazing deal, but also feeling confident that they would continue to look after me in the months ahead as part of their after sales service. I had no problems while I was at Sands KIA. Lauren was very pleasant and helpful. She was not pushy and listened to what I had to say about what type of vehicle I wanted. The sales manager (?) was everything expected to be and was polite. The Allstate agent (?) assigned to Sands KIA was very nice and pleasure to talk with. Lastly the credit/loan officer (?) was just as pleasant and got me through the paperwork with speed efficiency. Overall I would go back to get another vehicle from Sands KIA, even though it is a drive, and I would send anyone who wanted a KIA to Sands. Matt More
Michael Rose-Harris and the new lady, Natalie were awesome. Have been shopping around and thank goodness Dess Dobrosi wasn't there, that guy wouldn't give it up calling, emailing etc. AFTER I told hi awesome. Anyway, we went without an appointment and Natalie helped us until Michael got there along with Richard, her supervisor. The three we worked with on this visit were wonderful but I had asked to see a specific vehicle, told them what I would pay and if we couldn't do business, fine just let me know. I was told by Richard to drive this one vehicle, not the one I asked for but okay very nice, if I liked it he would make it work with the figures I had given. I don't do a back and forth at all...give me the bottom line, it will work or it won't save me time and yourselves. Well over 2 hours later, nope wouldn't make it happen so we left. They were friendly and all but, when you advertise a vehicle for $19999.00 then show me that price range, not a $35000 price range of course it won't happen. I think the customers service from these 3 was fine, I just did not appreciate Richard telling me "Drive this one if you like it I'll make it work" and then not make it work. Tell them to make it work then you'll drive it...I think it will save you time. More
This is the second car I've purchased from Sands in Surprise and both experiences have been fantastic. Last year I purchased a new car and was on the lot for 2 hours!! This year, I traded my car for a Surprise and both experiences have been fantastic. Last year I purchased a new car and was on the lot for 2 hours!! This year, I traded my car for a Certified Used car with more bells & whistles. Start to finish this time was 3 1/2 hours. I've purchased many new & used cars in my lifetime and never have I enjoyed it as much has these last 2 at Sands Kia. I refer them to anyone who will listen!! More
