When the KIA Amanti came on the market, I switched from Cadillacs and Mercedes cars to KIA, I bought my new KIA from another KIA dealer before KIA Sands set up their place in Surprise. I was in the area shopping on Saturday April 20th and thought I would stop by to arrange appointment to get oil changed. I was promptly greeted by service advisor Todd, who much to my amazement, said he thought I would stop by to arrange appointment to get oil changed. I was promptly greeted by service advisor Todd, who much to my amazement, said he could get my car in right now and it would ready in about an hour if I had time to wait. I told him that would be great, and I was pleasantly surprised when in about 35 minutes he said my car was ready. Also, there was no-charge as the first oil change was free and they did a fantastic job cleaning my car. The whole experience was friendly and efficient, and I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends without a doubt. More
