DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY TYREL POTTER! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! In october 2023 I was on the market for a new Kia Forte. After a bunch of calls and emails one of the Sands Kia salesme THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! In october 2023 I was on the market for a new Kia Forte. After a bunch of calls and emails one of the Sands Kia salesmen (Tyrel Potter) offered me on the phone Kia Forte GT-Line for a price of 23K out-the-door. Once I arrived at the dealership he already prepared all the documentation, but the price was different: 25K out-the-door. I told him that I'm not going to buy the car, to which he offered me a free lifetime oil change package to compensate the price difference. I agreed. Tyrel told me that the manager who is responsible for this package's documentation already left (because it was pretty late in the evening), but he reassured me that he will take care of it tomorrow and even quickly showed me some sort of a paperwork with his signature as a proof of this package's existence. Fast forward a month, I still didn't receive any physical proof of this "lifetime oil change package". After asking multiple times on the phone and in the email to send me physical copies of documentation, I always get a different excuse (e.g. manager is not here today, but we will do it tomorrow or next week). Fast forward another couple of months, I arrived at the Sands Kia dealership for a first service and asked Tyrel Potter in person to clarify what's going on with my "lifetime oil change package" and he LIED directly to my face (I have him on record) that everything's fine and it's some sort of a mistake and he will take care of it next week. After I left the dealership Tyrel Potter stopped replying to my emails, texts and calls, so I decided to speak with his manager Christofer Robinson. Turns out this "lifetime oil change package" doesn't even exist, so essentialy Tyrel Potter TRICKED me into buying a car with a made-up package and KEPT LYING about it for a couple of months. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE! P.S. Tyrel I hope you sleep well every night knowing that you scam people and I sincerely hope that your children will be treated the same way I was treated by you. Don't buy here! Worst ever! Never answer you back! Car broken into 3 times. They don't let u see ur itemized payments! Give me different payment amounts! Online st Worst ever! Never answer you back! Had a decent experience at first when we first bought our vehicle. Salesman- Christian and his a manger/ Director. Purchased a 2022 Kia carnival. When we first got the vehicle , the front two windows were the only thing tinted, and one little part by the mirror was missing, so we paid tint for nothing. Fine since I was getting it tinted darker anyways. No biggie. I was promised some all weather floor mats (which are amazing in arizona) but didn’t get it it writing, My fault I know. But I called 6-8 months ago since the vehicle was new, these accessories weren’t readily available. So I was told we needed to wait until they got some in and they would mail them to me since I’m about an hour away. Understandable. No issues. I called a few months ago, and of course they don’t remember that part. I was told they would look into it and nothing resolved. I called a month ago , nothing. And haven’t had a call back until I called in today and Christian’s manager wasn’t there and the managers can’t help since they weren’t involved in the deal lol Which is wild… it seems as if they are purposely slow playing it so I forget about what they promised. Reminder to all of you shoppers to never trust these guys and get everything in writing. Sands Kia has my info if they decide they want to contact me and correct it. More

I pushed for them to do the loan with just my name. I have plenty of income. More
Got to hand it to the salesman Damian Corneliu made my visit very pleasant and very easy to decide to buy from this dealer after visiting 3 dealers today. while I was trying to purchase a car for my daughter the sales person nor the mgr of said person wanted to listen to me when I said I have financing all lined up . Then the one car my daughter took for a test ride had a price listed on it of just over 15k when the sent me the paperwork on it the price was listed at almost 18k for a 2015 toyota corolla with 77k on it More
I worked with 1 person per request. Bryce Elledge. Started with emails. Went in and see the vehicle I had interest in. Told him my price range. He did show me a few other vehicles in my Bryce Elledge. Started with emails. Went in and see the vehicle I had interest in. Told him my price range. He did show me a few other vehicles in my range. I did leave with the original GMC Terrain Denali. He was helpful. He was clear about everything from start to finish. I did have a good experience this time at Sands Kia. More

My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Thank you Sands Kia! You have a customer for life. More
