Justin in particular went out of his way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He was there to make sure that if we did purchase (which we did), we did so because we found the vehicle that was right for our family. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and a complete gentlemen. I believe that employees like Justin are what make businesses successful, and should be rewarded.
