while I was trying to purchase a car for my daughter the sales person nor the mgr of said person wanted to listen to me when I said I have financing all lined up . All I needed to do was find a car which w sales person nor the mgr of said person wanted to listen to me when I said I have financing all lined up . All I needed to do was find a car which we could not agree on . Then the one car my daughter took for a test ride had a price listed on it of just over 15k when the sent me the paperwork on it the price was listed at almost 18k for a 2015 toyota corolla with 77k on it More
I worked with 1 person per request. Bryce Elledge. Started with emails. Went in and see the vehicle I had interest in. Told him my price range. He did show me a few other vehicles in my Bryce Elledge. Started with emails. Went in and see the vehicle I had interest in. Told him my price range. He did show me a few other vehicles in my range. I did leave with the original GMC Terrain Denali. He was helpful. He was clear about everything from start to finish. I did have a good experience this time at Sands Kia. More

My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Thank you Sands Kia! You have a customer for life. More
I was promised, in a crystal clear answer to a very clear question, they would not do a hard credit inquiry. the salesman said they just needed some of my info to process my negotiation. Moments later, m question, they would not do a hard credit inquiry. the salesman said they just needed some of my info to process my negotiation. Moments later, my phone exploded with credit monitoring alerts that they ran my credit, seconds after promising they would not. They are nothing but typical lying car dealers. One more completely absurd thing: They demand you pay $500 to "sanitize" a brand new car that wasn't even in stock yet. Lying thieves. UPDATE: Following through with a BBB complaint pending. More
Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Dealer added $5,500.00 to the advertised price above the expected tax, licensing and registration. Craigslist ad was 2018 Kia Soul Turbo Make Offer $18,500.00 pri $5,500.00 to the advertised price above the expected tax, licensing and registration. Craigslist ad was 2018 Kia Soul Turbo Make Offer $18,500.00 price was $23.995.00 firm when I arrived at the dealership. Wasted two hours. More
I went into this dealership to buy a Kia Rio, a car that retails for around $19,000. I made the mistake of making a large down payment and the financial advisor found a way to fudge the charges so that my e retails for around $19,000. I made the mistake of making a large down payment and the financial advisor found a way to fudge the charges so that my entire down payment was lost and spent on "amenities" for the car. When filling out paperwork, he not only didn't explain the charges, he marked "N/A" on the decline option and just marked spots on the documents for me to sign. I know it was my fault for not paying attention to the details, but I figured it was legally required for the advisor to at least explain that I was signing for additional charges for services that I'll never use. If you go here, be sure to read everything and ignore what the financial advisor is saying. More
I'm very pleased with Sands Kia Dealership! Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with treated me with the utmost respect. Everyone was so very professional including the young man named Drake, whom I sp had the pleasure of dealing with treated me with the utmost respect. Everyone was so very professional including the young man named Drake, whom I spoke with on the phone about coming in to do a test drive no pressure about making a purchase although he did try to work out a awesome deal, but on that day I wasn't really looking to do a trade in however within a couple of days I made good on my promise to Drake. Just this past Tuesday I had an appointment with the service department Tyler was awesome he listened to my issues I was concerned about had a tech look at my newly bought vehicle the wait time wasn't bad at all Tyler explained everything the tech did in checking my vehicle and even gave me a full tank of gas which was a concern about my car it's a 22 Kia Sportage and I was thinking this car burns a lot of fuel. And also included a car wash as a courtesy. I would recommend when in need of a new or used car especially if you're a Kia fan check out Sands you wouldn't be disappointed! More

What a nightmare!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! The car salesmen started calling and harassing us over the phone the next day after we left this horrid place, because he was angry he lost the sale The car salesmen started calling and harassing us over the phone the next day after we left this horrid place, because he was angry he lost the sale after we walked out. I had to block him in my phone. He left angry filthy threatening voice messages. I have actually files a police report against him. When I called the general manager of the dealership to report it, he was rude and acted like he could careless. (I assume this is the norm at this place). Originally my wife and I had drove 65 miles across town to go look at a new KIA Nero EV, that they had on their website at this Sands KIA. We had called and talked to the salesman 2+ days prior and scheduled a day and time to come in and look at this new car. In the end, everything he told us was a complete lie. The salesmen turned into a complete psycho after we decide not to buy a car there. When I had called 2 days before this to get information about the vehicle, he told me the car comes with a level 2 charger already....it does not!!! The salesmen lied over the phone and told us that KIA gives you a 220v charger with a 3 prong dryer plug on it to charge the car. I asked this specifically, because we hired an electrician to install a new dedicated 50 amp 220v level 2 outlet in the garage. We tried looking up all the information on KIA's website, which did not state anything in detail, so I took this ignorant salesman's word.....big mistake! What you actually get, is a standard 110v trickle charger that take almost 3 days to charge the car. This is something no one would ever actually use, unless you don't actually plan on driving the car for 3 days. Be warned, this dealership will tell you anything just to sell you a car. They have no interest in what they sell, do not know anything about what they sell, and all they care about is getting your money. It is obvious that the management at this KIA dealership are the ones that set this deceptive car selling practice. I guess they think running the place like a shady used car lot is how you do business. They use every scam and lie that car dealers are known for, that make you hate car salesmen and car shopping. The list of negatives was endless at this place. Hidden prices and made up prices on all kinds of crap. Charging you $800 for an electric vehicle 1 year registration that only actually cost $32 in our state in reality. Charging you $1500-$2500 for so called dealer added equipment IE: Door guard, muffler bearings, blinker fluid, Johnson rods....lol. They lied about the real price of the car initially, telling us one price over the phone, and saying they are giving us all the factory discounts on the vehicle. In fact, they were adding 8k+ on top of the advertised price from their website. This is your typical crooked old school car sales game. I guess they must think everyone is as stupid as the people working there. I guess if you drop out of high school, and Walmart will not hire you, Sands KIA will hire you as one of their thug sales people. One of the most vile experiences ever! To top things off, when we tried to leave, they had parked a car directly in front of ours so we could not get out of the parking space. Then they could not find the keys to move it, an old trick they do so that you can't leave the dealership without them having their sales manager come out and try to save the botched and lost sale. If you have ever seen the movie "Something about Mary" the sales manager looked just like Matt Dillion's character in the movie with the ridiculous mustache and giant teeth. It's no wonder people would rather get a root canal over going to a car dealership. They are clueless morons at this place. Kia should be ashamed of themselves for letting this crap dealership even sell cars. We drove to a different dealership right after we left this awful place and bought the same exact car for thousands less and without the horrific experience. More
Im shopping for a used car. and sands kia has been the absolute worst experience i've had. I made a reasonable offer on a used GT2, to be told it's aggressive. Sales rep provided a counter offer snuck in absolute worst experience i've had. I made a reasonable offer on a used GT2, to be told it's aggressive. Sales rep provided a counter offer snuck in an extra 2-3k on the out the door price and the following day the dealership changed it's listing price off the vehicle to pretty darn close to my initial offer. Sales rep refused to change his initial offer to me even though the dealership changed the base price of the vehicle. You certainly lost my business Scott. More
