Incredible Service and a Great Car I bought a Kia Soul last Saturday at Sands Kia. This is the 3rd Kia I have purchased here and they are absolutely amazing. My sales associate, Cody I bought a Kia Soul last Saturday at Sands Kia. This is the 3rd Kia I have purchased here and they are absolutely amazing. My sales associate, Cody Rohlwing listened to my needs, and met them beyond expectations. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend a Kia, and I suggest you make the trip to Sands Kia, it's so worth it. You won't regret it, and see Cody if you can!!! More

Content but not ecstatic. I had a pretty good experience overall. As far as my sales person goes, I was very happy, Darren was helpful. My only disappointment was that I was using the USAA car buying service (thru True CAR) and I had gone to the dealership with a price in mind but at the end of the purchase they were over $3000 beyond it. They (dealership) were able to move the numbers around to make it look like the bottom line was still what I was quoted by using a fee of the $3000+ for an extended warranty that I thought KIA offered at no additional cost with their cars. Additionally, I thought they could have done a better job with financing too; a $24000 purchase came out to over $430 @ 72 months - do the math and that equals my last new car, ever, most likely. I like the car but in the end its only a car and I feel a little taken. More

Friendly, helpful sales staff and managers After my last car buying experience I was not looking forward to test driving and purchasing a new car. Yukon, Steve, and all the staff at Sands Kia After my last car buying experience I was not looking forward to test driving and purchasing a new car. Yukon, Steve, and all the staff at Sands Kia were very helpful from the the test drive to the negotiation to the completion of the purchase. I had done online research on new cars I might consider and decided I wanted to test drive a Kia Sorento and a couple of other makes of car. Sands Kia was the first place I stopped because I had determined that Kia was the first vehicle I wanted to test drive. I test drove 4 vehicles (all Kia) and decided I did not need to test drive another brand. I had not planned to buy a vehicle today but Yuron and Steve made the experience so painless that I left with a completed purchase contract and the car was delivered to my home. These guys were great to deal with. More
