SKETCHY Inquired about a pre-owned car though the “unlock your BEST PRICE” option. I got an email saying go ahead and make an offer... weird. But then it go Inquired about a pre-owned car though the “unlock your BEST PRICE” option. I got an email saying go ahead and make an offer... weird. But then it got worse. They told me $300 off for best price. I was good with that. Then he sent me an out the door price with a bunch of random fees he said they add to every car. $210 etch fee? What is that? $914.50 for reconditioning they did? That should already be figured in the sale price. $499.50 doc fee? $65 non tax fee? What is this? $1,769.66 for taxes? I am paying cash and have a $27k tax credit from a car I sold and I don’t live in AZ. So why would I have to pay AZ tax? Tax would be paid at the DMV in my home state where I register the car(this is what I do every time I buy a car). AVOID THIS SKETCHY DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!! I have bought about 15 cars in the past 5 years from a few different states and have never dealt with anything this sketchy. This is why people always say that hate buying cars. More
Best Customer Service I went into the dealership pretty discouraged, I had my two toddlers (1 and 3) and I thought for sure I was wasting my time. Belle (Belham Cummins) gr I went into the dealership pretty discouraged, I had my two toddlers (1 and 3) and I thought for sure I was wasting my time. Belle (Belham Cummins) greeted me with the most positive attitude. Right from the beginning she remembered speaking with me over the phone and my situation. She helped keep my kids entertained, didn't act like they were a burden even though they were making a mess and just being kids, I am a single mother and didn't have a choice but to bring my kids with me, besides getting me into a BRAND NEW CAR, she was compassionate of my situation and did everything she could to make things less stressful for me and to speed up the process so I wasn't there for hours. It was truly the best customer service experience I have ever experienced and I work in health care. The compassion and willingness to help me was just amazing. I definitely did not expect to be treated so well! She even topped it off with a hug at the end! I get emotional writing this because she is a prime example of how to treat people and I really feel like that was her character and not just someone trying to sucker me into a purchase. I came out in a better financial situation than I did going into Sands Kia and for her I am grateful!! More
SCAM!!! I called to confirm a 2006 Kia Sorento was available. I was told yes, and made an appointment with Corey. I drove 50 miles. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed the car I made an appointment to view had been sold... THREE days ago!!! I was handed off to a brand new associate, never saw Corey, who showed us a dirty car that was not prepared to be sold. This was the most unprofessional car dealership. This is the car dealership that makes a bad name for other car dealers. I would NEVER advise to go there. More

I have never had a car salesperson listen so well to my needs and do his best to find the right car for me. Both times Justin helped me, I did not purchase the first day, as we could not find the used right car for me at the right price. He kept in contact with me over a few weeks, at my request, until he found the perfect car for me. This process was repeated again a second time, and I just purchased a used car for my daughter. He met the top five things we were looking for. We are both extremely pleased with our cars. He was transparent about all costs and fees. He knew I was looking to stay under a certain price out the door, and he beat that price. He never tried to sell me a new car or one over my budget. He was honest, treated me like a friend, and I hope he continues to work in the car business, as I will purchase all of my vehicles through him. More
