I want to clarify for future readers why I’m not continuing this privately. This response acknowledges “concerns,” but does not address the specific behavior described in my review: repeated email engagement followed by refusal to negotiate via email once pricing was requested, despite distance being disclosed. It also avoids naming the individual involved, addressing the contradiction between an “Internet Sales MANAGER” role and an in-person-only policy, or explaining how remote buyers are expected to obtain consistent, written pricing. Inviting the conversation off-platform shifts the issue out of public view rather than resolving it transparently. My goal in leaving this review was to inform other remote buyers about the process they may encounter, not to reopen a private discussion. Buyer beware. Caveat emptor.
