I'm giving them an all 5 star review. I wasn't really on the market for a car but after seeing a nice mini cooper on their lot I decided to stop in and check it out. Salesman Mark came over and right from t the market for a car but after seeing a nice mini cooper on their lot I decided to stop in and check it out. Salesman Mark came over and right from the beginning was very pleasant to work with. We took the car out for a test drive and everything went well. Upon returning to the dealer we started trying to work out a deal. I informed him my credit was not really to good, he told me we can fill out a credit app and just see what they could do for me. This was on this past Saturday, they came back with some numbersand told me that I had been pre approved with my credit. I won't go into exact numbers but the down payment was a little high for me but we were able to work all of the numbers in the end. They were able to meet me at a comfortable number for the both of us even though my credit wasn't good they were still willing to work with me and not take advantage of my situation like most other dealers would do. I told them I had to talk it over with my wife first and I would get back with them either that day or Monday, they said okay without any pushiness salesman tacticswhich really impressed me. I talked it over with the wife and I returned Monday morning and we started the paperwork. All in all they were all very helpfull and understanding, they worked and delt with me the same as anyone else there and didn't treat me any different just because of my credit. They were very helpfull and Mark my salesman was a great guy to deal withand I highly recomend him and Red Hill Ford if you are on the market and even if you aren't just to check them out like I did and they helped me to be driving a car I have wanted since they came out. On Monday May 1, I visited the dealership to test drive and work a deal on a 2001 Ford F150 SuperCrew. I was intorduced to Mr. CJ Correa who assited me with the vehicle and the test drive. After the test drive we were seated at CJ's desk to see if we could work the deal. As we were working on the deal, another sales consultant came over and picked up the keys off of CJ's desk without even asking and started showing the vehicle to another customer. When I witnessed this action and saw the surprise on CJ's face, I immediately told CJ that I could not afford the vehicle and shook his hand and walked out. I then waited approximately 5 minutes and called back to the dealership and asked for the sales manager, I was introduced to Mr Josh Sands and explained to him how dissatisfied I was with the lack of customer service and how the vehicle I was working on with CJ was handled. To my surprise, Mr. Sands informed me that he condoned that type of behavior within his dealership and with his sales consultants. He indicated to me that there was nothing sacred or special about a vehicle being worked with one customer at a time. As a loyal Ford customer, I was astounded to say the least. In all of my 49 years I have never seen such actions. Anytime I have been at a Ford dealership and I was working a deal with a sales consultant and the keys were on the sales conusultants desk, they should and have "NEVER" been removed until such time as that sales consultant gives his approval that he is unable to work a deal with his current cusotmer. As always, I had an excellent experience at Sands Red Hill. I love the lay ed back no pressure sales attitude of Mike Buck, and I like the fact that Josh Sands is involved in the sale from the star Hill. I was looking for a good quality, pre-owned vehicle, good on gas, that would replace my truck as a daily driver. When buying a used vehicle, I do not like haggling over trade in values and the final purchase price of a used vehicle. Nick made the whole process enjoyable with his "no pressure" selling technique. Nick allowed me to inspect and test drive the vehicle and was able to answer all the questions that I had asked. The trade in value for my Ford F-150 and the final purchase price for the Ford F-350 was agreed upon in a short amount of time. I have had other experiences where it took over 2 hours. The next day, I secured financing and the truck was ready to go once I arrived at the dealership to process the paper work. Overall, this was an excellent car buying experience. I will definitely look to this dealership for future business. More

I was just at the Sands Ford of Red Hill to look at an Acura RSX Type-S. Upon arriving Ryan, our "salesmen" asked if we were to finance or pay cash. No greeting or anything. After stating cash he directly Acura RSX Type-S. Upon arriving Ryan, our "salesmen" asked if we were to finance or pay cash. No greeting or anything. After stating cash he directly asked how old I was. I told him I was 17. We walked to car and I asked him if he would open the hood. He could not manage to get the hood open. My mother simply stated that we should have brought my father to open the hood and in reply Ryan said "I'd much prefer you came back with your father," greatly offending my mother. He gave up on trying to open the hood and said I would not be able to drive the car myself. I said I'm not going to buy a car I cannot drive. So he said he would ask his manager. We all got into the car to drive to the main building. With Ryan driving he said "Yeah man, I'm young too. I'm into Hondas and fast cars." Offending me onto of my mother. We pulled into the main building parking lot and he went inside to talk to his manager. After a few minutes he came back out and said "No you cannot drive, our insurance would not over it." I said "I'm sorry then I do not want to purchase" and he arrogantly replied "Sorry it's the law, man." Very unprofessional and arrogant salesman. Do not recommend Ryan at all. Will not be shopping at Sands ford, nor will I recommend it. More
