Took 5 times to fix a simple problem over the course of 2 years and then when we finally convince them to fix it for free since it was their mistake they damaged/destroyed the vehicle interior. Basically the years and then when we finally convince them to fix it for free since it was their mistake they damaged/destroyed the vehicle interior. Basically they were spiteful and took it out on us. Will never call back or respond to emails. Deals with conflict through avoidance. Not sure it would be possible to be any worse! More
Horrible experience. Took my 2022 truck with 35k miles on it with a failed transmission. After a few days, I was told that this is not covered under warranty because some Took my 2022 truck with 35k miles on it with a failed transmission. After a few days, I was told that this is not covered under warranty because someone else change the fluid. The fluid was changed by another shop after the transmission FAILED! Now they training to charge me $270 for denying a warranty on a new truck. Horrible place. More
Do NOT Trust the dealership. My son had a deal to buy a car, was told over the phone no deposit was needed and then sold it out from under him within 24 hours. They went to the dealership to text drive it but did not reach a deal the first night. When my son called back they agreed on the price and offered a deposit. The manager said no need, he’d get the car ready. Bring a certified check and insurance car. My son called to get the buy out inthe morning and was told the price. He got insurance and at 4pm before he left to get the car they called to say that sold it that morning to someone else. All because the manager said no deposit was needed when evidently it was because that is why they sold it. I find it hard to believe the manager didn’t know he was screwing over my son. They really cannot be trust and my son learned a valuable lesson about NOT Trusting Car salesman or dealers. Bad first experience. More
I bought a Jeep from this dealership. It has been a never ending nightmare working with this company. I purchased an extended warranty for the Jeep, thinking It would be helpful if an It has been a never ending nightmare working with this company. I purchased an extended warranty for the Jeep, thinking It would be helpful if anything were to go wrong with something the warranty covers. Well just under a year of owning the vehicle and the Power Transfer Unit broke. Before I took it back to Sands dealership, I did research and found there are several recalls on the Power Transfer Units for Jeeps (or "PTU"). Even more concerning, there were tons of people saying that upon inspection of the Power Transfer Unit bolts were missing! (either never put in at the factory, or they brake off extremely easily). I knew my PTU was covered under the Zurich warranty so I brought it in. No surprise to me the Sands service department told me the PTU was broken, and the bolts were missing. Here is where all the problems began. First Sands couldn't give me a loaner vehicle. I was told I had to go through my warranty and Sands would not provide me with a loaner car. I called back every day, for 10 days straight, requesting a loaner car and was told they "don't have any available, we only have 4 cars to loan out" (They are a car dealership and they don't cars to loan their customers?? sounds false) Next I had to wait over a week for a warranty specialist to look at my vehicle. Every time I called back it was a new excuse as to why my car wasn't looked at yet. Finally, ten days later, and ten days of having a rental vehicle, I was told that it wouldn't be covered by the warranty because it was a "bracket" holding the PTU that broke, and the bracket isn't covered in the drive train warranty. And because it isn't covered, the cost of my rental vehicle would also not be covered under the warranty and I have to pay for all of it. I'm going to call xx on this. There is a recall on the PTU, there is damage to the PTU, yet they skirted around the issue to avoid paying the cost covered under the warranty. Because of their failing as a company I was not provided with a loaner car, because of their failing as a company I had to wait 10 days for an answer. Because of their failing as a company I have to pay $4,000 to pick my car up, pay over $500 for a rental vehicle, all while I'm still paying my vehicle loan and the complete garbage warranty. Sands & Zurich (the warranty company) went out of their way to cover their bottom line and screw over the customer at every point. It never mattered to them how much this was hurting their loyal customer because they are going to get their money either way. I have no vehicle to get to work, I have no way to pay for this rental vehicle, I have to take another loan out just to get my car back. I can't pay for groceries, or rent, or my daughters birthday. I hope I can somehow work this all out and not loose my job. The lesson is clear: You do not matter to Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Only the company's bottom line matters to them. More
Bought an 85000 dollar vehicle and put 13000 of extras into it. Was very disappointed with the performance of the vehicle started having issues around 1000 miles in shop twice in short period not happy wi into it. Was very disappointed with the performance of the vehicle started having issues around 1000 miles in shop twice in short period not happy with power either tried to get rid of it and they gave me a number that had the vehicle depreciated by 28000 dollars total in 4 months they will never get my business again. Unfortunately I'll be back cause the truck will be in the shop yet again. Also the throttle sometimes just doesn't respond just overall bad experience. The sales woman was good and the buying process was fine but once I was extremely disappointed that all went out the window and I'm stuck with a lemon. More
