I had used an online service to offer my car to them, and they replied promptly by email and phone. They didn't pester me but offered to evaluate my car when it was convenient. The person with whom I emailed was busy so I was taken care of by Mack McBrearty who was just outstanding. He handled all the paper work without any drama, was super personable. I wish there had been a car that I wanted on the lot because I would have purchased it on the spot from him. I'm hanging on to his card for my next Jeep. Thanks for the great experience! More

I never felt any pressure to make a purchase, which was important to me. I have purchased numerous cars before this and I truly thought MACK was "on my side". He was laid back and made the experience VERY stress free. He knew they had the best deal out there, by far, and even told me to go home and think about it. Not something you normally hear from a salesman. Ken, the new car sales manager was great to work with too. Deal was worked quickly and did not have to go back and forth more than once.
