Disappointed yet again with lack of Tech service for my software update. I called Sands Service Dept directly to get an appt time specifically to allow time for my Pacifica Software Upgrade due to a recal software update. I called Sands Service Dept directly to get an appt time specifically to allow time for my Pacifica Software Upgrade due to a recall (in addition to getting my state inspection done). Since I live far away, I waited in the waiting room for the service. When checking out, I was told I need to reschedule to get the software update done later, since techs went home for the day and it takes 2-3 hours. I left the dealer, called FCA and found out it only takes 30-60 mins, not 2-3 hours they told me. Liars. More

Amy and Ray were great to help me get my 2023 Gladiator back on the road. The issue was the automatic running boards. Although they were out of commission for approximately 3 months, and I couldn't really back on the road. The issue was the automatic running boards. Although they were out of commission for approximately 3 months, and I couldn't really drive it because I needed the running boards to get into the vehicle because I had both knee replacements. Brian, from Red Hill who originally installed them didn't seem to care. I had to do his job in contacting the vendor. More
