Charging for the diagnostic hookup is not right. .. was told job would take three hours. took much longer. But given free state inspection helped. The service was good, would have been better if mechanic wasn't call off the job before he finished, but I was given a loaner car so that was nice... I only spoke to the one woman at the service desk, and she was very good, so I cannot rate others... although the truck works fine so the gentleman who did the job did well too. More
