I love this service department. I would give it a 5 star rating but this time, I felt that the service advisor should have let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I brought i I would give it a 5 star rating but this time, I felt that the service advisor should have let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I brought it in for a 20 to 40 min job and I was there for an hour and a half. I had no idea why, and no one told me. It turns out that they had to redo their job due to a faulty part. I completely understand that. I just wish someone would have actually told me what was going on while I was waiting. The girl who helped me is not on your list. I usually am with Megan, who goes above and beyond, every single time for me. I live very close to a Jeep service and dealer but I drive 30 min to go to Sands because of their great service. More
