From my initial appointment setting phone call, which actually involved the Service Manager who answered the phone. He was professional, friendly and gracious. Quick and Easy! Megan and Amy were also Five Star, same positive attitude and professional. Smiles were great to see! I love this service department. I would give it a 5 star rating but this time, I felt that the service advisor should have let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I brought i I would give it a 5 star rating but this time, I felt that the service advisor should have let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I brought it in for a 20 to 40 min job and I was there for an hour and a half. I had no idea why, and no one told me. It turns out that they had to redo their job due to a faulty part. I completely understand that. I just wish someone would have actually told me what was going on while I was waiting. The girl who helped me is not on your list. I usually am with Megan, who goes above and beyond, every single time for me. I live very close to a Jeep service and dealer but I drive 30 min to go to Sands because of their great service. More
