I went in for an inspection with less than 3000 miles on my vehicle. Instead of being charged for emissions I wish they would have informed me that if I scheduled for next week I would get the exemption. I my vehicle. I've taken my 2018 Dodge Durango to Sands twice now, and both times it has been a pleasure dealing with the folks in the Service Dept. Each time once the issue was diagnosed, Megan promptly called and text both times it has been a pleasure dealing with the folks in the Service Dept. I had 3 bad experiences there. One over an oil change where they didn't tighten the filter enough. I had oil dripping. One where I took it there for a battery. They told me it was fine, just needed a charge. $75 later it would not start. I took it to a local repair shop who told me the battery was too old and wouldn't hold the chare. He put a new on in and it was fine. The last time I had my tires rotated and oil change. They told me I had a nail in the tire, and it couldn't be fixed I needed a new tire. I stopped at another tire place, and he pulled a very small screw out of the tire with the head worn down. He said it didn't affect the tire at all. More

Called this morning right after they opened to inquire about a truck I saw online. (I’m 4 hours from them). They advise me someone had been in the showroom 6 hours talking to a sales guy? (Mind you it’s 12:30 so apparently they open at 6am?) Emily tells me they do first come first serve. Right…..To make a long story short, she hadn’t even started on my trade in value or financing options. It’s a shame because I wanted that vehicle and my wife had found. SUV they had that she wanted to inquire about also. I thought this dealership was different but apparently I was wrong. Unless you can show up at 6am to look at a vehicle, move on! Sorry, not sorry!
