But they were fantastic and let us go a head and take the car home for the weekend and we went back Monday afternoon to sign the papers. A GREAT experience overall!! More

Car was repaired. The transmission was improperly shifting and clunking into first gear upon stopping. Service replaced the valve body. When we got the car back, there The transmission was improperly shifting and clunking into first gear upon stopping. Service replaced the valve body. When we got the car back, there was a scratch on the side and the service manager inferred I was lying and it was already there. I buffed it out myself since I don't my car going back there. Now, the transmission is clunking into first gear again upon stopping, and I don't know what to do. I don't want to take it back to Sands after how we were treated, but it needs to be fixed. We bought this car for our teenage son. More
