The environment isn't that of a pushy dealership, they're looking to build relationships with people and get them in the car they want at the best deal possible. Jimmy Mc is Great ! I'm from NJ, Found exactly what I was looking for on Sands Auto Group On-Line. Made arrangements to to visit the dealer and test drive the vehicle w I'm from NJ, Found exactly what I was looking for on Sands Auto Group On-Line. Made arrangements to to visit the dealer and test drive the vehicle with Jim McBrearty, a very courteous and helpful salesperson. We test drove the 2016 Subaru Outback a good amount of time so I could get a good handle on the vehicle's performance. There was no sales pressure and we agreed on a good price. I picked up the SUV 4 days later. It was a great car buying experience. If you are in the market for a car/truck/SUV, go to Sands Auto Group and ask for Jimmy McBrearty ! More
Terrible sales experience Found a Jeep on a web search so I went to their web page but could not find it. Got on a chat window with sales and found the car was available. I asked for the best cash price and sent the info on my trade for an evaluation. I told her I would come over the same day and buy it if the price was right. I waited for a call or email back but got none that day. Next day I sent web requests in again saying I was ready to buy today and would be right over. No response. This was a Saturday so I waited until Monday. I called in, got the same internet person and she said the salesman had been trying to contact me. Well, this was total crap. I looked on my phone, no messages or missed calls from them, no emails, nothing. She said she would have him call me. Next day, he called, no better price than what was on the web page, no info on my trade. Claimed he never got anything even though I sent it over several times as well as gave it to the internet rep. He said he would check on price and get back to me. To date, never heard back from them. I bought a jeep from another dealer.this dealership is a joke. More

Rude, crass, and less than truthful was our experience with the dealerships we visited, here in our home state. We didn't buy anything from the dealers we visted because they all seemed greasy - who want's to spend that kind of money on a truck when you can't trust the person who's trying to sell it to you? Yesterday, we drove an hour and a half to purchase a used truck from Sands Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in Quakertown, PA. It was our first time buying from this dealership. We sure are glad we found this dealership! The truck we chose was EVERYTHING the dealership said it was - and more. 'Good old fashioned customer service' doesn't begin to describe how well this dealership treats it's customers. Honest, and trustworthy are the words we use to describe the folks at Sands. They even filled our gastank before we left! Our salesman's name? Mr. John Hilton. If you're reading this review, I encourage you to ask fo this person. Phone him, or walk in. He's an honest car/auto salesman - a rare find today. Mr. Hilton treated us as if we were purchasing a Bently - instead of a used truck! I'm giving Sands of Quakertown five gold stars - only because this site won't let me leave the ten gold stars they deserve! We are, happy and proud Sands customers!! Amazing! I loved sands dealership before I even got there. I was looking for a jeep and first went to jeep in stroudsburg and wilkesberre before finding sands. I loved sands dealership before I even got there. I was looking for a jeep and first went to jeep in stroudsburg and wilkesberre before finding sands. Being a 25yr old female, they treated me like I was young and dumb and couldn't read or do math. They tried to rip me off so I was determined to find better. I came across sands on cars.com and found the jeep grand Cherokee limited that I wanted but couldn't afford anywhere else. I called there since I'm over an hour away from their dealership and I spoke with James McBrearty. He was and has been amazing from the start and til this day! I got an excellent price with a bunch of bells and whistles that I wouldn't have got at any other dealership. As soon as I arrived at sands I was greeted before walking in the door. I was offered water or coffe and this was before I introduced myself as the client they were waiting for. Not to mention how clean and organized the place was (even the restroom). The test drive was awesome as well. Not like the other ones I went on which lasted 5 minutes. We went on highways, back roads, etc. I was treated with so much respect and gratitude for even being there, I felt like I was truely valued compared to every other place I went to. I would highly recommend anyone to buy from there! I know when I need another vehicle I will be going back ! GO SEE JIMMY MACK, he's the man and the finance guy as well. I can't remember his name but he was great to. :) More
