I have leased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have been very happy with both. However, I had received a price on a used car for my daughter and her boyfriend and was told which salesperson to have the been very happy with both. However, I had received a price on a used car for my daughter and her boyfriend and was told which salesperson to have them ask for. When they arrived that salesperson pushed them off to another salesperson and when they inquired about the car they were met with "we don't give cars away.". No problem. A wrong quote can happen and I do trust the guys. I do believe their sales staff evaluated 2 college kids on their college appearance and were given an extremely cold reception. Little did this dealer know that I backed the kids up with my own dollars. After the rude treatment the kis left very frustrated so I worked with them on a much newer (and expensive) auto. They are happy and I was pleased with the dealership.. So much so that I went to that dealer to get a new car for my wife. Today I just had that dealer buy out my Sands lease and I purchased a new car from them as well. I love Sands service department. They have done a terrific job on maintaining my two cars from Sands--a Dodge Charger and a Wrangler Unlimited. Kudos to the service guys. But a rude, judgmental sales department rates an "F". They just lost 3 car sales. With the Wrangler now history I no longer need to drive to Sands Quakertown. More

Amy answered phone and was very helpful. I believe she is also the one who got both jeeps to your dealership as to not make me have to drive from quakerstown to red hill as it was already a one and a half ho also the one who got both jeeps to your dealership as to not make me have to drive from quakerstown to red hill as it was already a one and a half hour ride for me. That was greatly appreciated. Mark Cardillo was a pleasure to work with, both friendly and knowledgable. I would say the only negative aspect was that I was thinking the loan would be at 6% and it came back at 8%. I would have thought I would have been called to see if it was something that I would have a problem with but was not called. Otherwise it was a good experience to deal with Sands Auto Group. We purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander from Sands a year and a half ago. We recently started having major engine problems. After taking it to a local mechanic, they told us we had major engine failure which wou a half ago. We recently started having major engine problems. After taking it to a local mechanic, they told us we had major engine failure which would cost minimum of $1500.00 to repair. We obviously were upset given that this car was only 18 months from when we purchased it and only had 60k miles on it. Sands towed the vehicle to their dealer and after review suggested I call Jeep directly because I was dealing with a Jeep warranty/recall issue. Russ from Sands went above and beyond to help us. He got us a rental car so we were able to transport our two young children while they were working on our Jeep. He also had numerous conversations with Jeep on our behalf and eventually got it so that Jeep covered our issues under the warranty. This was a huge deal to us because we otherwise would not have a working car. I have never had a mechanic with such good customer service and genuine care to help his customers. Our opinion of Sands has definitely changed and we would absolutely recommend them to others for service. More

Contacted 6 (six)dealerships and Sands was the first to respond.Gave it a week to field all inquires.After numerous visits,phone conversations and emails we decided to go with Sands.We set up an appt. and from the moment we stepped out onto the lot we knew it was going to be a good experience which we found Very Refreshing!We were greeted and directed to our Salesman-Mark Cardillo- in a very professional and friendly manner.We sat down with Mark and went over the options we desired. He diligently proceeded to satisfy our request.Kudos to his honesty,he informed us that vehicle was not on his lot (and being the weekend)he could have it in 2 (two)days.Our current vehicle was assessed and we were given a very fair price.In closing,this was a Great Experience and Mark went above and beyond our expectations! Each had a great sense of humor; my wife and I could easily see that this dealership isn't like most others that are pushy, use gimmicks or show you cars out of your price range. Definitely consider this dealership when purchasing a car, they treat you like people, not a pre-determined budget that should be pressured into buying something more expensive. More
