My wife and I drove out of state over 1 hour to look at their inventory. After finding a Ram we were interested in, we were treated with respect and a willingness to negotiate by the sales staff. Within 2 1/2 hours we were able to finalize a deal on a brand new Ram 1500 and were driving it home by the end of the day. It should be noted that our salesman waited for us on his night off until we returned to pick up the vehicle. He then took more time out of his night off to familiarize us with our new vehicle. More

over paid for service I took my mini van in with issues with my one window not working and the 2 back doors locks no longer working. I got an estimate for all 3 issues whi I took my mini van in with issues with my one window not working and the 2 back doors locks no longer working. I got an estimate for all 3 issues which were an easy $300 for each issue. Choose to only fix the one issue that could make it very dangerous if an accident. When the van was all done and I went to pay for the service bill it was $100 more then the estimate. I was told that was because they had to take the door panel off and tap on the window motor and got it going. That had to take all of 10 min. And the window already stopped working on the way home. WOW! I will never take my vehicles back there for service! More

I happened to come across a 2004 model at Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Quakertown by searching the Internet. My oldest son and I ventured on down and upon arriving there we were greeted politely by a young Salesman named Justin Nolen. I mentioned to him the stock number we were interested in and he came right back to us with the key for a test drive. We sat down and went over the numbers for our vehicle and the one we wanted to purchase. Justin explained to us the financing options and conferred with Bob Haag We agreed to the sale in a matter of about 15 minutes. He negotiated a fair trade-in value for us. We also got to meet Dave Lipka from Finance who was also very professional and understanding. In a 3 day time frame we are the proud owners of a Green Onyx Pearl 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Their detailer did a super job of preparing the vehicle for us. Even the tedious job of de-oxidizing the headlights. If that was not enough, the Service Techs agreed to unbolt our old tow hitch so I could install it on the one we purchased. In closing, I've been buying vehicles new and pre-owned over the past 40 years and this was the easiest and most comfortable buying experience ever. Our thanks and gratitude to the above mentioned gentlemen and anyone else we did not get to meet for helping us with this purchase. If you need a new or pre-owned vehicle stop by and ask for Justin Nolen. You won't be disappointed. I would recommend Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone. More
The Worst Customer Service I have ever had The reason for this review is simple, they simply do not care about customers. The car broke on a test drive on a Friday and we left it off as he would give us a call when it was fixed.....No call Saturday. Ok thinking that it was not fixed at all. No call Monday. I had to call him. He tells me "Oh yeah it was a simple fix, it was fixed that same night before they left for the day." I said why didn't you call us on Saturday then, and he says oh it was really busy in here. So I ask if it is still available and he says yes and asked if we would like to come in and I said we would be in at 630pm that night. He says great I have a delivery at 530 that would be great. In the mean time, the car is sold and gone through financing and we get NO PHONE CALL. Waste our time driving up there. I go inside and the Used Car Sales Manager Matt is there and I ask what is going on, since the guy I was working with walked away to "see something" (I guess that is his way of saying I'm with someone else) More

Sat down appraisal of my truck 02 GMC Sonoma xtra cab 106k miles SLS 4.3 motor and they tell me its only worth 2500 this truck is a head turner I said what and she said well with the miles is hi and 2wd and by the way which you add 750 for low miles on both major sites Nada puts it at 4500 and Kbb puts it at 4800 for trade in which by the way 99% of the banks use. It was less than previous offer. They claim no hassle fair price but its the same old story with this dealership half hour ride to be wasted. More
I had searched online for vehicle which happened to be a Dodge Dart GT, in which there were 2 within a 40 mile radius of me. After having a bad experience at the first Dodge dealership I decided to go a bit further and try Sands which happened to hold the second Dodge Dart GT that I was in search of. When I arrived to the dealership I was approached by Jim, whom was laid back and very friendly. I explained the vehicle I was interested in provided the information and right away he went and retrieved the car, there was no paperwork or unnecessary questions, as I was expecting. Jim went through the car, explained the technology aspects and showed me how everything worked. Test drive allowed me see what the was like. When we returned to the dealer I showed him my car, he admired it and we swapped stories, very personable person. As I was looking for a lease, I provided all the specifics, I spoke with Management, they were very accommodating, they did their due diligence and worked out a deal that was in the best interest mutually. Had a recall on my 2012 Chrysler 200 they did the recall in no time and did the oil change in less than 20 mins. The sold me a oil change package that my oil changes now cost me less than $22.00 Sands serv in no time and did the oil change in less than 20 mins. I took my Jeep Liberty here for inspection, emissions and oil change. They proceeded to tell me my front and rear brake rotors where "severely rusted" and the brake pads worn out. That they could not re- oil change. They proceeded to tell me my front and rear brake rotors where "severely rusted" and the brake pads worn out. That they could not re-surface the rotors and I would need new ones all around. Total cost of 925 dollars. I declined the service and took it to a local non-dealership but state certified inspection station to have it re-checked. He told me there was nothing but normal surface rust on the brake rotors that it would not affect performance, brake pad wear, or fail inspection. No new brake pad were required either. Total cost - the price of inspection and sticker only. Will never go back here again for service of any kind. More
My father bought a dodge full size truck in late winter. It Stated on the window sticker that it had air conditioning, and also stated it on the web site and in another place. About a month later he realized that it did not have air witch he payed for. He contacted Sands and there solution was to trade in the truck at depreciated value and get another vehicle with air and never mind the 1500 dollar plow mount that he installed. We even tried suggesting each payin half to have air conditioning installed. If this post actually makes it to the web i'll be blown away. More
