Car was repaired. The transmission was improperly shifting and clunking into first gear upon stopping. Service replaced the valve body. When we got the car back, there was a scratch on the side and the service manager inferred I was lying and it was already there. I buffed it out myself since I don't my car going back there. Now, the transmission is clunking into first gear again upon stopping, and I don't know what to do. I don't want to take it back to Sands after how we were treated, but it needs to be fixed. We bought this car for our teenage son. More
