Our salesman, Joe Lyons, was knowledgeable, personable and well versed at his trade. We've purchased late model used cars previously from other dealers and would say our experience at Sands was comparable. They were willing to negotiate to make the sale and we really appreciated that fact. I would say that our overall experience was not without a few minor hiccups, all of which probably could have been addressed by simply reviewing the original window sticker before making our purchase. Not that doing so would have changed our minds, but would have probably made us more informed buyers. Bottom line is the vehicle was just what we were looking for and the price was exactly what we were willing to pay, which in my book is the makings of a win/win situation.
