I literally had no stress. Great people. NO haggling or low balling of my trade in. the day I was to bring my truck in to swap for my new one the one belt I realized was wearing and they were ok with it l low balling of my trade in. the day I was to bring my truck in to swap for my new one the one belt I realized was wearing and they were ok with it like that and I paid to have it towed just so it would not break on my way to the dealership. Derek was great to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgable about his products. Derek worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted at a resonable price. I purchased a pickup from Sand's Bros Dodge 6 yrs ago- I had it serviced there EVERY 3 months/3,000 miles. It can definitely be called 'EXCELLENT SERVICE'. My salesman, Derek was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff was very nice. They worked with me on the price of my truck to match a competitor. I only gave a mid-grad rating for "Quality of rest of the staff was very nice. They worked with me on the price of my truck to match a competitor. I only gave a mid-grad rating for "Quality of Work" because I had to go back to the dealership twice because of being given a car lisence plate for my truck, instead of the required truck plate, and they forgot to install the spare tire. Luckily they realized both mistakes, and called me to come back in to fix them. I would deal with Sands again, and would recommend them to a friend. More
