He was able to answer my emails quickly, and made me comfortable with him before I even met him in person. Day of, we took the car for a Tony Test Drive. This was one of the more thorough test drives that I have been on through my entire buying experience. Many of the things that I like to check on a car were being presented to me by Tony instead of having the salesman cringe while agreeing to test the break system, handling, etc... This wasn't a ford dealership, but I walked away learning even more about the vehicle from the great staff at Sands. The buying process at Sands was extremely fair and low pressure. They were willing to work their end on both financing and offer on trade to get down to my target payments. They also were very clear with warranty and available services in the car. More

This was in stark contrast to other places I have been where everything seemed to have processes and a manager. On day 1 I went in with a specific model in mind just for a test drive and to get an idea of the fit. Being clear with this I think I was able to be in the car within 10 minutes. The respect for time and efficiency continued when it came time to purchase. I know every dealership needs to have their 'pitch' for the add-ons (service, plans, extend warranty, ect.) and it was done here as well but there didn't seem to bey hard sales tactics although the packages were given. Once I expressed my decision there were no follow-up questions or trying to get me to step-up to a higher level 'package.' This was I think the best dealership experience out of the several I've had with this being our family's third car purchase. More
