Couldn't have been a smoother sale I spoke to Mack by phone prior to coming in, let him know exactly what car I was interested in and picked a time to see it. I showed up and the car was out front, running, warmed up and ready to drive. Took a nice long test drive and when we got back, Mack had another car for us to look at in case the Impala wasn't quite what I wanted. Surprisingly, the second car was NOT more expensive than the Impala I looked at first. I figured he'd use the opportunity to try and up-sell but he just wanted me to have some options. I made an offer on the Impala, they countered in the middle and based on KBB and NADA info they were below book value. They also gave me more than the book value for my trade, which I didn't expect. Had the new car detailed and ready to go in less than an hour. Overall, pretty low pressure. Paul pushed a little bit on the warranty, but ultimately compromised on the price to get it where I wanted it. They were happy to work with me on price across the board, included a few freebies and ultimately I drove away with the car I wanted for the price I wanted without wasting an entire day, as I've done in the past at other dealerships. Sands isn't a huge dealer, and they don't have a flashy lot or showroom but they really want to sell cars and make it pleasant and painless for their customers. I wouldn't have thought to come here if they hadn't happened to have the exact car I wanted, but I'm glad I did. When I'm ready for my next car, I'm starting at Sands. More

I never felt any pressure to make a purchase, which was important to me. I have purchased numerous cars before this and I truly thought MACK was "on my side". He was laid back and made the experience VERY stress free. He knew they had the best deal out there, by far, and even told me to go home and think about it. Not something you normally hear from a salesman. Ken, the new car sales manager was great to work with too. Deal was worked quickly and did not have to go back and forth more than once. They put the best deal on the table and that was it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend MACK to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I had used an online service to offer my car to them, and they replied promptly by email and phone. They didn't pester me but offered to evaluate my car when it was convenient. The person with whom I emailed was busy so I was taken care of by Mack McBrearty who was just outstanding. He handled all the paper work without any drama, was super personable. I wish there had been a car that I wanted on the lot because I would have purchased it on the spot from him. I'm hanging on to his card for my next Jeep. Thanks for the great experience! More
