Great sales staff We first emailed to see if the car we were interested in was still available, and got a quick response. Headed to the dealership (a 40 minute drive) for what looked like a good deal. Upon arrival, we met Jim Farley, salesman extrordinaire. Jim took excellent care of us, handled out trade in, and had us laughing the whole time. Absolutely no pressure (but, hey, we got such a great deal, no pressure was needed!), just a fun and very comfortable experience. Picked up my beautiful Charger yesterday - and, yes, it was ready when we arrived!- and I literally could not have been happier with the whole experience. Marty was quick to respond and offer his assistance. I arranged a time to test drive the vehicle, which went smoothly. The process was very quick. Marty did not use high pressure tactics at all, just let me know that he was available to assist. After driving the vehicle, I was interested in pursuing trading in my current vehicle and financing the one on the lot that I was interested in. Marty was quick to respond to provide some rough numbers, and offered to have their team look at my vehicle. I had told him that I did not have a lot of time to accomplish everything that day, but he was great in getting the vehicle appraised and the paperwork ready quickly. I was in and out of the dealership in record time. Marty was the best - I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending his services! More
