Best new vehicle purchase experience yet! Recently purchased a new RAM 3500 from Sands in Quakertown. My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect throughout the entire experience, fr Recently purchased a new RAM 3500 from Sands in Quakertown. My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect throughout the entire experience, from the time we called them until the time we drove away in our new truck. I had been looking for a very specific truck configuration on line and drove the 2 hours from our home town to see the trucks that Sands had in stock, which fit the bill. Our salesman James "Mack" McBrearty was extremely helpful in looking through the inventory on hand and narrowing down our search. He was very cooperative and LISTENED to what we were asking for in a truck. Neither he, nor the Manager (Chris Finegan) were high pressure, hyper-aggressive sales types. They were fair and honest throughout the entire negotiating process and did not try to up-sell us on anything we did not ask for. We feel that the staff was more than fair in their willingness to come to terms on a deal for the truck we picked. They even went the extra mile to get a set of side steps installed on the truck while we finished up the paperwork. We could not be happier with the entire process, from start to finish, and will not hesitate to recommend these folks to our friends and family. I wish we had found these guys years ago and could have avoided some of the nightmares we have experienced at other dealers over the years! More
