Nora was very patient and helpful - there was a question she couldn't answer at the time and she called me a day or so after we had taken the van home to let me know she had found the answer. Matt the sales manager offered to fix a scratch for us and it was easy to make an appointment and it got done very promptly. We also needed something else that they promised to reimburse us for, and I got a check only days after I sent them the invoice. We are so happy with our new van and the experience we had! More
