I bought my first Jeep Renegade from Tony and took the "Tony Test Drive". Absolutely LOVE the Renegade!!! The only reason I traded my old one in was because I wanted an automatic instead of manual. I didn't make an appointment, I didn't call ahead. Marty had no idea we were coming, what we were interested in and even if we would/could buy. I told Marty I was interested in the best deal he could give me of 4 different Jeeps. I told him that I had a favorite, but I absolutely must meet my intended monthly payment budget. Marty was quick to pull up the Cherokee I liked, ensuring that we could find a deal. He gave my trade in a quick look and we were off for a ride. Marty was eager to help me get into my dream Grand Cherokee and with a little wiggle and no hassles we made the deal. Given the late hour, I would need to sign and pick up my new car in 2 days. Here is what made Marty really special to us; he came in on his day off to ensure my paperwork was right for signing and to review all the techy items of my new car!! He didn't rush me and he took his time ensuring I knew how each new item on my vehicle worked. He is a gem. I must also note, that Rose, the financing agent at the Dealership took great care of us as well! She even gave me a hug congratulating me!
